There was not supposed to be any additional fees but when we checked in they hit us up for 15$ a day service fee. Desk in room was falling apart, found fleas in room, obviously some one with pet stayed in room. this place has seen better days. Would not recommend

The room we stayed in was very comfortable, best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel, huge shower head. I enjoyed the extra fuzzy blankets in the room especially during these cold November days! The staff was very kind and welcoming!

The room was OK but the trains running at night right behind the rooms was annoying.front desk guy was kind of smooth and I was double chatted for the room which the manager did rectify. I called ahead to find out if the hot tub was working they said yes but once we got there the water was warmish and the jets barely workedgot there

Would give a good rating but the beds were basically wet with humidity or some kind of moisture. It was late and we had our kids so just needed to crash and not say anything. Would not have been a huge deal but they also would not extend our check out. Which is I guess understandable (even though I do not know a time I have been denied a "late" check out in 30 years) but the front desk was rather rude about it and did not even ask me how my stay was upon check out. There are plenty options out there with dry beds and friendly staff in St. Augustine. Stay elsewhere.

Great location, close restaurant and even walkable distance to the historic area. The train passes by 3-4 times between 11pm and 6am. The rooms are big bit dont expect moderns rooms or hotels in this area
