Offering incredible beach front views of the Gulf of Mexico and award winning, white sugar sand beaches of St. George Island from multiple decks! And fantastic direct views of the community swimming pool!
Coastal Villa of St. George unit G-1 has two newly renovated bathrooms, one kitchen, sleeper sofa in living space, coastal decor throughout, and tile floors. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite (shower) bath, private gulf front deck access, and a flat-screen smart TV. The bunk bedroom has one stand-alone twin bed and one bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) with access to the shared hallway shower/tub combo bathroom. Sleeping a total of 8 guests comfortably. The washer and dryer are located in the shared hallway bathroom.
Villa G-1 is centrally located in the West Gulf Beaches neighborhood with super convenient access to the multi-use path connected to the whole island! Just minutes from local island shops, restaurants, nightlife, fishing pier, St. George Island Museum and playground!
