Extremely frustrated and disappointed in this hotel. Check-in went smoothly but woken up at 1:40 a.m. by someone opening our door. Security arrived and we were told their system registered our room as unoccupied. The room had been prepaid and had no issues at registration. Very upsetting and extremely inconvenient.

Staff are extremely helpful with lots of excellent recommendations. The outside of the hotel can be cleaner but I believe it may be under renovations. The rooms are clean.

Place was great. Unit looked nice and was clean. Our unit was on a lower level which was a little inconvenient but that’s mainly because we had a lot of stuff and this was our last stop of our 2 week trip. The complimentary breakfast is provided on site at the east side Mario’s which makes it super convenient.
