Hilton Malta is located next to a lovely marina with few high end restaurants located there. Getting to hotel/roads can be slightly tricky at rush hour but not a big deal
Hotel itself: Lovely building, with loads of amenities as you expect from a high end hotel. Nice and clean rooms(we were in a family suit). Staff are all attentive and smiling and want to help as much as they can. Few times we were not guided to the right information, this can only be due to lack of experience.
Food: we were on a half board package. Breakfast and dinner was really good, quality of some dishes could be better but the variety of food and desserts was great. The restaurants were all nice, comfortable and well-staffed. We didn’t particularly liked the dinner at Neba. In two occasions our requests at breakfast and dinner were ignored.
Minor complain about the buffet is that any drink you order for your table ( tea, water, soft drinks-we didn’t drink alcoholic beverages) will be charged to your room. This was not mentioned to us, and Expedia did not mention on their booking and we ended up with a bill for the beverages, something that we didn’t know we have to pay as no one had mentioned, so slightly unhappy with how we were misinformed. Spoke to duty manager at the checkout and didn’t feel she really appreciated my concern as a guest, despite repeating few times that I was unhappy with this.
Overall a good and nice stay but can be improved.
