ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Very kid-friendly! Two heated pools -- one indoor and one outdoor -- and both were lovely. Breakfast buffet is delicious and has just about everything a person might want to eat in the morning.

Excellent stay in the Westin Dragonara. Loved that both the indoor pool and outdoor were heated which was pleasing for the children. Would definitely recommend

Hi, my family stayed at the Westin for 5 days and we had a mixed experience. The staff were generally good, junior suite that was well laid including two bathrooms and the atmosphere was also good both in and around the hotel. Howeve, some noticeable drawbacks including a leaking toilet flush, plastic shower tray which was flimsy, door guard that doesn't open the door for people ever, revolving doors are permanently not used, breakfast buffet that lacks sufficient variety and difference each day, room bathroom drains were sounded that they were blocked after every use amd the room heating and AC that was either too hot or cold. Plus the pre-booked luggage collector turned up 10mins late and we took our own suitcases dow to reception at check-out.

Love the hotel. Huge and feels like you in Florida. Comfortable. Great for a long weekend. Pool warm for February. Pleased. Good location but unlike other charming towns here, boring chain shops, nothing to buy from locals. Can’t win! Breakfast buffet is plenty to choose but not my style if stayed for a week or more. Prefer freshly made pancakes or poached eggs not ready made earlier style! Personal choice really. Wouldn’t mind stay hotel like this again without breakfast.
