Evening front desk clerk was wonderful, very polite and tried to be as helpful as possible. She was alone and had several fires she was trying to put out -- one of which was that I had booked two rooms the day before under and called immediately after booking online to request adjoining. I was promised this was how they assigned rooms under the same name, it wouldn't be a problem at all. At check-in our rooms were not anywhere near each other and the hotel was booked so switching was difficult. We ended up on the same hall, however one room was still occupied by someone that had not actually checked out as they were supposed to. We ended up on different floors, so my husband and I each shared a room with a child so they weren't alone.
Ultimately for one night it was acceptable, however their procedures needs a bit more training or tightening up to avoid issues that are totally preventable.
