Schöne FeWo mit Ausblick

Eine schöne Wohnung über zwei Etagen an der Erlebnispromenade mit Blick über die Salzwiesen zum Meer. Die aktuellen Bauarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück haben nicht gestört, da die Wohnung auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite liegt. In die zweite Etage (2 Schlafzimmer) kommt man nur über eine schmale steile Treppe, für Gehbehinderte eher schwierig. Aber es gibt notfalls noch eine Schlafgelegenheit auf der unteren Etage. Wer trotz Lage in der ersten Reihe Strandnähe erwartet, sollte wissen, das die "echten" Nordseewellen ca. 25 min Fussweg durch Salzwiesen und über den mega breiten Strand entfernt sind.
