Tom was a great host. The place was close to everything. Clean, spacious and he had everything needed including beach towels and beach chairs, washer, dryer and all amenities. Tom was very accessible and made sure we had a great time. Pool was nice but you have to go early as there are a lot of people and few spots. Would return.

Great Condo Stay

We had a great stay at this first floor condo--everything was tidy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, cooking supplies, and with new appliances. The Avalon is a great condo complex with a beautiful heated pool, friendly neighbors, and convenient to shopping and the beach. We got our steps in walking the complex and in the gym. Five stars to Tom for his prompt communications!
