The gated community includes access to the large heated pool, clubhouse and 24-hour fitness center as well as cable and internet acesss. The condo is located on the 1st floor and has a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The Master bedroom comes with TV and brand new matress and king size bed along with a walk-in closet for your personal belongings. The Master bathroom comes with shower along with towels and a hair dryer. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, TV mounted on the wall, clothes closet
and 2 chest of drawers. The 2nd bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo and towels. The living area comes with all new furniture including a large sofa with pull out queen size bed. The dining table seats 4 and is also brand new. You have your own private patio with new furniture. There is parking available right outside your front door. This location is minutes from dining and just 3.5 miles from the beach.
