The best thing about it was the weather and location. Other than that, absolutely nothing! The inside of room 1 was filthy and the furniture within it was not the same as the listing. The furniture in and out looked as though it had come from inside a dumpster. It was dirty, worn and extremely uncomfortable. We had to purchase a blow up mattress for our daughter to sleep on. The air conditioning did not work and after two attempts to have it fixed, still did not work. The laundry facilities were not working either. After contacting Vrbo, as well as the owner several times with our complaints , which included sighting and capture of a cockroach, we were told by VRBO that our complaints were minimal and we were offered 150. We attempted to try to find another place to stay, but being spring break, we were not successful. The last night we stayed, Wednesday, April 1, the temperature inside the room was 78 and the noise from the adjoining room allowed for absolutely no sleep. We left two days earlier than expected. When the owner finally did show up, he did not attempt to talk with us until I approached him. Overall, it was a horrible experience. We got no rest and I felt as though I was at a cross between deer camp and a pay by the hour motel. Very disappointed in VRBO in their lack of care in assisting us with a refund.
