Step into an updated coastal condo designed for comfort and relaxation. The condo features:

Two spacious bedrooms: The master suite includes a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, perfect for accommodating families or couples. Both rooms are adorned with natural light, airy colors, natural textures, and ample closet space.

Two full bathrooms: Each bathroom is equipped with fresh towels, shower essentials, and modern fixtures to ensure a pleasant stay. The master bathroom has a relaxing bathtub, while the second bathroom features a walk-in shower – perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Fully equipped kitchen: Cook up a storm in the remodeled kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals. Enjoy the convenience of 2 coffee makers, a blender, and toaster, along with a full set of cookware and dishes.

Living and dining area: Relax in the comfortable living room or pull the couch out into a queen bed for extra sleeping. This room also offers a large flat-screen smart TV, and Wi-Fi access. The room is perfect for movie nights or simply lounging with a good book. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for six. Feel free to use the brand new LG WashTower washer and dryer during your stay.

We can only offer 1 parking space on the grounds. If you have 2 cars, the second car will need to be parked in the nearby neighborhoods.

Check in was very easy. Very clean. Comfortable beds and bedding. Shower items provided was a nice touch. Condo is very near the elevator, which makes it so easy. Very convenient location to all local shops and restaurants. SunsetVistas was a terrific spot for our vacation. Ali at the bar area is terrific. Pools and hot tubs were terrific and the Shake Shop next door is the best ice cream ever. Overall terrific stay! Hoping to return next year!

Lovely stay

Clean, updated property for our family of 5. Sofa bed was comfortable per my 6’3” son. We ate out once a day and otherwise cooked meals in the condo which was well stocked. Great pool, tiki bar, and beach access! Walkable or short car ride to John’s pass and our excursions (biking, fishing).

Perfect beach condo

We loved our stay! From morning walks on the beautiful nearby beach trail, family beach time with ocean swims, walks to the nearby boardwalk for shopping and dinner, evening sunsets and pool/hot tub relaxation, this is a wonderful location! Condo was clean and comfortable, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful!

Fantastic rental and property!

We stayed with our teenage son during Spring Break 2024. We were able to fly into St Pete airport and get to this rental unit fairly quickly (compared to Tampa airport). The unit was beautiful and exactly as it appeared in photos. Unit was stocked with shampoo/conditioner, salt/pepper, oil, sponge/dish soap, coffee/filters and a few other essentials. Also had a toaster, blender and Keurig! The closet was rocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and even some aloe (which these northerners needed a day or two!). So many nice touches that saved us time and money. Ben was great at responding to questions and providing necessary information. The report itself was wonderful - great beach access and pool was nice and warm (though a bit crowded — but we just brought our beach chairs to the pool if all lounge chairs were taken). We’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely time!

Condo was cute and the beach was fantastic! The pool was kept nice and warm and the hot tub was very hot, which was really nice! Great to be able to walk to John’s Pass. Nice workout facility and little store/cafe too. Currently, there is no tv in the second bedroom, which is not a big deal. We would have enjoyed 4 smaller chairs on the balcony instead of 2 big ones so we could all enjoy it together. We liked that there were some staple products such as coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc and very nice touch to have full size shampoo and conditioners in both bathrooms. We also enjoyed the shared beach boxes that allow people to leave folding beach chairs, toys, etc. for others to use as needed. I would recommend staying here and would definitely come back! Thanks again for a wonderful week!

Relaxing Winter Get-Away!

We stayed for 2 weeks in Feb 2024. We’ve been coming to Treasure Island for several years because we love the location. This was our first time using VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was very tastefully decorated and many of the small upgrades were nice - the beach supplies, the Keurig coffee maker, etc. Another great upgrade was the LG washer and dryer. Well supplied with paper and cleaning supplies. The housekeeping services were excellent too. Benjamin was very responsive to questions and handled our request to change the dates of our stay. The only negative was that there were often cars parked behind us which made it difficult to get in and out of our assigned parking space - this is a Sunset Vista’s issue.

We had an incredible stay. The apartment was perfect. Everything we needed: spacious, excellent kitchen, good bathrooms, a balcony that looked over the pool and beaches… beautiful pool and hot tub… plus the best part: you are on the beach!! Close to restaurants (10 min walk to Crabbies). My family loved it. We would stay again. Excellent for our baby too. Ben was fantastic, kind, and communicative. 5 stars!!

Enjoyed our stayed. Close to the beach with nice pool. However did not like the parking. I parked in assigned parking but daily I had someone parked directly behind me in what should be a fire lane.

Perfect Place!!! It had everything you wanted and needed!!! Location was perfect. Quiet. Beach, amazing pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, sand volleyball, bar with great bartenders!!! Great with decor!! Would definitely use this specific condo again and again for stays!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great condo and location!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Vistas. The unit was renovated, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony and how close we were to restaurants and shopping. Ben, the owner, was very responsive.

Great February Get-Away

The condo was recently updated, looked great and was well supplied with paper products, shampoo, cleaners and beach supplies. Pool space was fine. With families using the large pool area we often used the lounge chairs by the "kiddie pool" area which was a little more quiet for reading in the sun. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small, but worked out ok since we only had guests for one night. The walking path was very nice and we watched the sunset and listened to music by the nearby "tiki bar" along the path a few nights. John's Pass was within walking distance - lots of shops and restaurants there. On our last night we had dinner at Crabby's on the Pass and enjoyed watching the dolphins provide a fun show.

Clean, great location and right on the beach

My husband and I stayed with our 2 and 5 year old and was great for our family. The kids' wish for our stay was to spend all the day on the beach so it was perfect. Beach is a little more "quiet" which is awesome. The condo and property were very clean. Appliances, furniture etc are newer and very nice. Having the small pool as an option for the kids was so nice. There are lots of fun shops and restaurants nearby and a neat shake shop right in front of the property.

We had 13 people staying in 4 units at the Sunset Vista condo and by far our room was the nicest. All of the condos are pretty much identical in layout so it is the extra things that go a long way. First off the view from the condo was great and the rocking chairs on the balcony were a great touch. The condo came with extra toilet paper, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, Solo cups, beach towels, condiments and a few other things which were all a bonus because the other 3 condos our families occupied didn't have all of these things. Our unit had a large table which came in handy for all our family to gather at for Thanksgiving dinner. Based on the great experience with this condo we will look to rent it again on our next trip to TI. Thanks Ben for making our Thanksgiving family trip a great experience.

Loved everything and Highly recommend this place!

This Condo was decorated beautifully, very modern Beachy Boho. Very clean and Great views, close to the elevator and the parking spot Had everything we needed, nice, like new appliances and all the toiletries like a hotel and laundry and dishwasher soap you need, even a water filter pitcher! The owner answered any questions quickly. It is close to the beautiful 1 mile bike and walking beachside trail behind the ice cream shop. (I walked or biked every day) Which btw Sunset Vistas has bikes you can rent using an app. Close to great shopping and restaurants. If you need a ride anywhere call Island Hopper they work ion tips. Go to the Frog Pond for breakfast at least once. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.
