800 sq ft top floor condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, Boca Ciega Bay, and the City. Located in the iconic Island Inn Beach Resort; step out of the lobby and onto the sand! Florida sunrises and sunsets are legendary, and you can enjoy both from your private top floor balcony. We offer one of the finest condo's in the building with the unique ability to enjoy North, South, East, and West vistas. This condo is unlike any other unit in the building--a must see!

We are the ONLY luxury top floor condo on the property with 3 different vantage points. The unit is equipped with a dishwasher, central air-conditioning (other units have "motel type" wall a/c), stove top range (no oven), and huge custom kitchen island. Other kitchen features include an over-sized sink and a double filtered water dispenser and ice maker in the refrigerator.

From the quartz counter-tops to the glass tiled spa like shower, our accommodations are fit for the Ritz. Plush bedding and furnishings, free high-speed WiFi, cat-5 plug in workstation area, and 3 huge flat screen smart televisions with cable and internet streaming services compliment the space.

For boat lovers, the property has 2 piers with docking for 4 boats. The boat launch with free trailer parking is also conveniently available across the road from our property.

Condo amenities include blow dryer, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, towels and cooler (umbrellas can be rented on the beach--we do not provide them). All you need to bring are your clothes and personal toiletries. Regarding laundry—there is a clothes dryer in the unit, but no washing machine. Coin washing machines are available on the second floor.

The property is right on the beach, conveniently located near grocery stores, shops, bars, and restaurants. Free beach transit along Gulf Blvd is also available. 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, and 20 minutes from beautiful downtown St. Petersburg.

HOUSE RULES: Responsible renter must be at least 30 years of age and stay in the rental, No animals (owner is severely allergic), no smoking/vaping inside, on the balcony, or anywhere on the property, and no extra-guests (the unit accommodates up to 4 guests--infants and toddlers count as guests!), no loud parties -- violating these rules will cause you to be removed from the property!

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle only.

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo does not offer a "Direct Gulf View". It offers partial Gulf, Bay, and City views. Also, occasional traffic noise can be heard while sitting outside on the balcony.
