Pass a Grille on yhteisö, joka alkaa kuuluisalta Don Cesar -hotellilta ja ulottuu yhden mailin etelään, kun se päättyy valtameren sisääntulon suulle. Tämä alue ei sisällä suuria hotelleja ja asuntoja. Se on paras perheen uimaranta, jossa on vähemmän ihmisiä, ja mikään kevätloman juhlista ei tunne sitä, että pohjoisemmat rannat ovat usein. Korkeat katot, ihastuttavat etu- ja takakuistit kaikissa kolmessa kerroksessa, kova puulattia ja ulkona sijaitseva Lanai-alue, jossa on telakka kalastettavaksi, ja runsaasti tilaa lapsille juoksemiseen ja hyppäämiseen ja vedessä pelaamiseen.

Meillä on kaksi kajakkia, joita olet tervetullut käyttämään, ja voisin ehkä antaa sinulle ja perheellesi venematkan, jos olen kaupungissa. Kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 4 kylpyhuonetta. Kun valmistat aterioita keittiössä, katso ulos liukuvat lasiovet ja todista veden kauneutta kodin ulkopuolella! Kävele pari korttelia ja löydä hauskoja saari-aiheisia ravintoloita ja kauppoja 10., 9. ja 8. kadulla.

Pass-a-grille beach on leveä hiekkaranta, joka ulottuu useita mailia pitkin lahtia. Jos kävelet etelään, osut kalliolaituriin pass-a-ritiläväylällä, missä lahde kohtaa ritilän sisäänmenoaukon. The house is large & beautiful & the location was great - on the intercoastal & just a short walk to beach. Our family of 11 had plenty of space. We loved being able to fish off the dock & use our paddleboards & the double kayak provided right from the backyard. Beach toys, wagon & strollers provided a plus for us.On the downside, there is really no outdoor space ( I asked ahead of time for pictures of the backyard & no pictures were sent - he just commented that there was no fence between backyard & water so toddlers should be supervised). Very small space in back, with only a few dirty chairs. Decks off the 2nd & 3rd floor were nice, but 3rd floor could use more than 2 chairs. Could be a lot nicer with some outdoor space & seating. Prior to our check in, we had asked if we could store some things in the garage for a few hours so we would have room for picking up family from the airport & were told yes, but when trying to set up time convenient to owner, my message was never answered so we just had to show up & were clearly not expected. We also had to clean the kayak before using. When we arrived at the house, there was a sheet and a shirt laying on the master bed & an indent on the bed like someone had been laying there. The home could have been cleaner. The owner had a stove delivered while we were there, so the installer, the owner, his wife & daughter all showed up & were in the house for over 2 hours in the middle of the day while we had 2 babies trying to nap.

Great house, great location

Great location. We enjoyed the view from the balcony-- dolphins, boats, pelicans! Great to be able to walk to the beach. Plenty of space for our extended family with kids. Stove and oven were not working but host addressed the issue!

Terrific VaCa Location & Home

We just spent a month there. All the other great reviews can be repeated over and over. Owner is very accommodating with questions or anything you need. Historic Pass A Grille Beach area is such a great place to be and this home is in the perfect location. Its the center of fun. Very comfortable living and the views and atmosphere of the area are amazing. Beach, restaurants, shops are within arms length. We visit and love the St Pete area and we found a gem of a place to be. Will be back to stay again each year. Thank you Tim for sharing your home.

Incredible stay

This house is so much better than the photos. It’s a beautiful sun filled house with plenty of space to spread out. The location is superb - two blocks to the beautiful beach, and a quick drive or 20 min walk to ice cream and other spots on 8th Ave. The house is well stocked, though I’d suggest bringing your own soap/shampoo/etc, as those aren’t provided. Otherwise, there’s everything you’d need or want. Enjoy!

Perfect location and room for everyone

This home has everything you need for a large family or group to enjoy. Very spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated and a prime location right on the water. Restaurants and a convenience store are right across the street. The perfect beach access is about six houses away. Not that you want to leave the house with fishing off of the two docks in your backyard and a comfortable hangout space under the house away from the sun. The fish tank was a huge hit with the adults and kids alike. Kitchen fully equipped, large oversized bedrooms and baths so everyone had their own space. Owner was awesome to work with when we needed to add an extra day and honestly wished we could have stayed longer! Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Lovely Passe a Grille location

Very well equipped home in a fantastic location just two blocks from the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants and a convenience shop. Our extended family (ranging from 3 months to 74 years) were able to comfortably spread out and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Gracious Host - Perfect Home - Incredible Location

Beautiful 3 story home, plenty of room to host family reunion type trip. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, pickleball, docks and central Pass- a- Grille. Hosts makes you feel very welcomed in their home with the many amenties allowed for use, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc. I will definitely consider another family reunion trip to this beautiful home. Our trip was easy due to the spaciousness and floorplan, allowing for differnt family activities taking place at the same time in the home. You really do not want to miss the opportunity to stay in this beautiful, centrally located home in Passe a Grille!

Perfect House for a Beach Vacation

This house is perfect for large groups. We had grandparents and aunts and uncles with us and each family was able to have an area for themselves. I think the 3rd floor has the best view on the island; its 270 degrees of water. The beach is a quick block away and the house comes with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon. There are great beach bars right next door that are not loud at night and the fish tank is an extra bonus. We will be back!

This is the 2nd year we have rented this property. Everything was perfect. It’s in a great location on St Pete Beach. Just a short walk to the beach. It’s everything we expected. We will rent this property again.

Beautiful house on the perfect corner!

We spent a full month renting this house and the location of this house was truly perfect. It's on a corner that includes a coffee shop, three restaurants, and two markets, and just a block from the beach! The balance of beauty and convenience was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space in the house for my family of 4, my sister's family of 4 to visit from St. Pete periodically, and for other family to visit us during our long stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The housekeeper, property owner, and property manager were all easily accessible and eager to help make the stay great. Overall, such an amazing find and a place that we'd definitely rent again in the future!

Great location! Beautiful house!

We had a great vacation at this property! The location was excellent! It’s a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach was never crowded and we loved that! We also were able to walk to restaurants near by. The property truly felt like home away from home. The layout was perfect for our family with older kids. We could all gather and hang out in the comfy family room area or everyone had plenty of room in their bedrooms for time to their self. The boys really enjoyed fishing off the dock and even caught a bunch of fish! In addition my daughter even had fun feeding the fish in the fish tank every day. They were beautiful and fun to look at. Overall the house was just what we wanted for our vacation. It was a very nice, well kept property and had everything we needed. We had a very memorable vacation there and would definitely return! I would highly recommend this property and location!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for my family. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, baseball, etc. I grilled out for a total of 24 people on Sunday, and everyone loved the house. Owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay in this house in the future.

Great Place at a Great Place

This was one of 2 houses we rented for a 50th Anniversary Surprise Party, total of 16 adults and 6 children. We pulled it off, they didn't suspect a thing! (The event was at a venue, not either house...) Lots of space here, both in the common areas, and the upper floor suites. The main floor has two bedrooms and share a bathroom. Perfect for the family with a 7-year old and an infant. Place is well supplied with linens/towels, pots, pans. etc., everything you need. Feeding the fish daily was a highlight for the kids (the adult kids too). Birds/dolphins, a manatee(!) were spotted and plenty of beach equipment for everyone at the house. Short walk to the beach. Pass-A Grille is a laid-back place that doesn't seem to ever get super busy. We ate across the street several times! Literally hundreds of places to eat and see and go to within a short ride. Including FreeRide! Given the opportunity, I would stay here again.
