You'll find three bedrooms throughout this home. The master is on its own side of the house, with a king bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the other end of the home, each with a queen bed & shared bathroom.

Each of the two bathrooms has been completely renovated. The master ensuite has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The second bathroom on the other end of the home has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials (soaps, shampoo/conditioner, body wash) and lots of linens.

The modern kitchen is bright and opens up to the rest of the main living spaces, equipped with new, stainless steel appliances, ample space, and a coffee station (Keurig & coffee pods included).

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

This is a great house! Beautifully, tastefully decorated, nicely appointed, and plenty of amenities (washer & dryer, dishwasher, etc.). The game room/garage makes for a fun hangout! The neighborhood is tranquil & quiet - no problem getting a good night's sleep! And the house is located very near to a great park. This is the place to stay in Largo!

The label "Hot tub" in the listing is misleading. We were told only after booking that the pool has a "Florida Spa" instead that would get only slightly warmer than the pool. We loved the house itself but the reason we booked this Vbro was because of the pool and hot tub for our kids and we had nothing but issues from the first night on with both the spa and pool. We arrived and the pool was ice cold. The heater was not working except for a few hours of the entire week's rental and the pump was not working off and on and then was on a timer that shut off at 5 pm so no water was circulating at all at night when we wanted to use the pool. The pool even at the hottest point of the day was pretty unusable, my kids would go in for about 20 minutes and then have to run in to take a bath in hot water to warm up. The owners were very responsive and tried to help get the pool fixed but it was frustrating to have to go back and take pictures and send updates about getting it looked at just for it to not work again after the "Tech" came by and "fixed" it. Just overall could have been a way better experience had everything been working. Otherwise the house was nice, clean, had everything we needed for our family. I would say the extra beds need mattress pads they are a bit hard. Otherwise good location and nice place.

This place was an absolute blast! We loved the style, and even though it was a bit chilly, the pool and backyard were a big hit. We usually stay on the beach when visiting Clearwater, as we’re twice-a-year regulars, but this year we decided to try a house due to the weather. It was perfectly located—just the right distance from everything. We enjoyed easy drives to Clearwater Frenchy’s, Treasure Island, and St Pete & John Pass, hitting all of our favorite spots. We even took a day trip to Disney! It was a quiet, convenient location, and we’ll definitely consider booking again when we visit in July.

Great anniversary

My family and I were able to celebrate our 36 wedding anniversary all together for the first time. The house had everything we needed, and they even allowed my dogs to participate in this mini vacation.. will come back !.

Great Family Getaway

We had a siblings & spouses getaway without the kids. While this house was perfect for the 6 of us, the kids would have loved it too. Beautiful pool with lots of towels, floats, extra chairs and a cooler available for use. We played several games at the 8ft dining table which could easily seat 8. The beds were firm foam but everyone slept fine. Great street with every kind of food you can think of within minutes. The host responded immediately. We would certainly stay again.

All the Comforts of Home!

Lovely home, very clean and well decorated inside and out. My kids loved the pool area! There wasn't anything we needed that was not already provided. A great big THANK YOU to the hosts for a lovely stay.
