Bedroom 3:

The shared bathroom is centrally located between the two upper-floor bedrooms, ensuring easy access for all guests. The Washer and Dryer is also on this floor.

The property features a private dock, ideal for fishing or simply enjoying the waterfront. Need a place for your boat? A boat slip and lift are available for $100 per night or $500 per week. Monthly rates are available upon request. The boat slip is based on availability and is NOT GUARANTEED for the dates of your booking. If Is contingent of the boat slip please message us BEFORE YOU BOOK.
The slip rate is not automatically included in your reservation. Please let us know if you would like to reserve the boat dock for your stay. We do require a $500 security deposit will be fully refunded after the boat dock inspected after you.
