Tule rentoutumaan tällä hiljainen yhteisö pääsee hissillä. Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee Gulf Blvd: n rannalla. Nauti hengästyttävä auringonlaskua näkymät parvekkeelta tai ottaa muutaman askeleen hiekan ja veden ja nauttia rannalla. Kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloita, kuten kuuluisa äkäinen Billin. Moderni ja hyvin varusteltu 2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto. Indian Sunset Taloyhtiöiden monimutkainen sijaitsee suoraan Meksikonlahdella. Yksi yksitoista yksikköä tekee mukava ja rauhallinen loma. Tämä yksikkö on ylimmässä kerroksessa parhaat näkymät talossa. Se kasvot Meksikonlahdella suoraan länteen veteen. Se asetetaan takaisin noin 50 metrin päähän pehmeää hiekkaa. Se on ulosmarssi suuri katettu parveke Olohuone ja makuuhuoneeseen. Nauttia aterioita, lukeminen ja katselu auringonlaskuista täysin kalustettu terassi. Allas sijaitsee suoraan rannalla nauttia auringosta, ranta, auringonlaskuja ja lämmin tuulet. Wi-Fi on mukana.

Wonderful Stay!!

This is one of our favorite places we've stayed! Right on the beach with the most beautiful view. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded, even right in the middle of July. We were close enough to walk to several restaurants, a beach store, or CVS if we had wanted to. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here next time we travel back to Florida!

Nice, cozy, and friendly

The properly grounds are not too big, 11 units in total. Getting in and out of the parking are a little tight but was still big enough for a minivan. The view was great from our balcony. The pool was just the right size for the property. The beach is private and not crowded with the closest public access about 2-3 blocks away. All of the people we met were friendly. You have a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bakery, and ice cream. Sightseeing of nature, boats, mansions in just a short drive around town. Clearwater is just about a 20min drive (just plan to spend a while there as parking is about $20 whether you're there an hour or a whole day.) The unit we stayed in was plenty big enough for us (my wife and I, 7 and 12 yr old boys, and my mom.) We brought toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry stuff, but the unit was already stocked. We just left what we brought. The view from the balcony was great as the sunset was directly in front of us. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay on the gulf side of Florida. This was our first time as we normally stay on the Atlantic side, but we plan on coming back sometime in the future.

Wonderful stay all around!

You will love this place if you stay here! It’s a beautiful setting and only steps away to the beach, the pool or watching the sunset on the deck! Beautiful view from the deck, living room and master. Very quiet place. Beds are super comfy, pool is very clean as well as the condo and grounds. Plenty of towels, blankets, and supplies. The master is very spacious with an oversized bathroom and closet area. The new kitchen is beautiful and we loved cooking there. Plenty of place settings. Spacious table to sit at and enjoy a meal in. There is also so many great restaurants within walking distance. We had a car but you really don’t need one unless you want to venture out The Trolley runs to Clearwater Beach and more. Can’t say enough good about Alex! He is so nice and available when we had a small problem leaving our keys behind. This is our favorite place so far in n the area! We’ll definitely return for another stay!

Great retreat!

When we arrived at the condo, access to the condo was just as explained by Alex. We had a minor plumbing issue that Alex resolved in a timely manor and it did not impact our stay in any negative way. As with all rental units, I find that the cleaning is very minimal. I never mentioned anything to Alex as it was still a very enjoyable time. When I went to throw our laundry I’m the dryer, about 6-8 bath towels and several beach towels had been left in there. Not sure the rug in the living room had been swept and the couch, which is leather appeared to have dog hair on it along with the rug. There is a vacuum in the condo so not a big deal to run it quickly and fold the laundry. All being said I would still stay here again! The views are amazing and it is very nice to be ocean front and able to go to the condo for a break from the sun. The chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were nice to have available. Having a setup of bathroom essentials and kitchen essentials was very nice as well. Very quiet area, walkable to many things.

Amazing location close to the beach

My family had a great 2-week stay and enjoyed quick access to the beach. The beach and ocean view from the deck were amazing, too. This place has everything you need, from beach chairs and towels to cable TV and a Keurig. Walking distance to several restaurants including Crabby Bill’s. Loved it!

This condo is located perfect between the ocean and intercostal. Supplied with everything you need, except food! But, do a walk through before grocery shopping as there are many items available. We have stayed in this condo probably a half dozen times. It’s always in great condition, is super convenient to to area and amenities. It’s much quieter than Clearwater Beach, although traffic congestion Is catching up .The only problem, most likely something the owner has no control over, is poor water pressure.

Great beach condo!!

Everything was just as described, check-in process was seamless, the place is clean, and best of all, the location is perfect! The balcony was so perfect for watching sunsets, it was a very quiet location, even though it is on Gulf Boulevard. So many great places to dine nearby, we considered not renting a car, but did end up getting one, mainly because of other places we wanted to be able to drive ourselves to. There is also the trolley that runs back and forth between Clearwater & St. Pete Beach. Indian Rocks Beach will always be our favorite, a very laid back beach. The condo is nicely furnished, my husband & I each had our own bathroom, that was great! A great place to stay, and enjoy the beach!
