First off the staff was very nice! The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the water close to the stores. The hotel itself was in good shape. It was comfortable and an overall seamless experience.

Totally disappointed that this hotel did not have a breakfast buffet. A mediocre breakfast sandwich, eggs, bacon and toast and 2 coffees cost $50!! An extravagant buffet beachside costs as much.

Everything was very clean from the lobby to the elevators to the room. Modern and updated. I only wish that there was a safe in the room as opposed to keeping it at the front desk.

Rooms should be cleaned better, headboard and TV were both dusty. Bistro needs to be open more and offer room service. We didn't use the pool because it is too humid in the pool area.

We went to the Rowdies soccer game. It was an easy walk to and from and then we walked to breakfast in the morning. Parking was wierd. You either do valet or park in the garage across the street. Not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient if you want to save a few bucks. Other than that, hotel was fine. Nothing special….It did its job!

Had a great stay, perfect for staying the night or weekend. Valet in the morning was held back so definitely recommend on having a bit more help with that. The GM or I believe the manager on site was very helpful, jumped in to help. Will be coming back for sure.
