Kitchen has all utensils, appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes. All linens are provided. Bring your boat, dock outside your back door, launch for free at Park 3 blocks away. Bathroom newly renovated. New improved Wifi available in condo and a plethora of TV channels. (Sports fans - you are about 30 minutes away from an NHL arena, and also Major League Baseball field, 1.5 hrs approx from Disney, Orlando).
