The perfect location is situated directly on St. Pete Beach. One bedroom, two full bathroom condo with 2 private balconies (BayView and GulfView) with heated pool and hot tub, just steps away from the famous St. Pete Beach. This beach view condo has over 900 square feet. Only a short 5-minute walk to everything, no need for a vehicle; shopping, groceries, liquor store, car rental, miniature golf, IHOP, dining, dining and more dining. Located on the beach between two amazing resorts: the TradeWinds Island Grand Resort and the Don Cesar Hotel. The Bellwether Beach Resort is right next door. This location is the Diamond you've been looking for.
Our non-smoking condo is located on the fifth floor of a six-story building and includes breathtaking views of sunrises on the Bay from one balcony and the other balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy eating breakfast and watching all the walkers on the beach.
Newly redecorated as of January 2018, all new furniture in a beachy theme to make you feel like you’re in Tropical Paradise. Bedroom includes king size bed, walk in closet; living room has a dining table with 4 chairs, queen sofa bed and a recliner with great beach views. Wood laminate flooring and ceramic tile throughout.
A conveniently equipped full kitchen including microwave, full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Washer and Dryer located in condo, with additional washer and dryers in building on second floor for larger loads.
The two full bathrooms have high countertops and include make up mirrors and hair dryers. All the conveniences of home.
Along with two private balconies, the unit has cable TV and wireless internet access.
Take the stairs or the elevator and go right to the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Enjoy the covered area by the pool and enjoy the gulf breeze all year around. Gas grills are available in the grilling area.

Laid-back beach weekend

We loved the property and ease of access to the beach. Late night check-in was smooth and easy. The unit included beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels. So nice to have those! We hope to come back again.

Our stay at "The Diamond" on St Pete Beach for the holiday was excellent! Everything as described was better than listed, the property and Condo are in great condition and very clean, especially after having a hurricane recently. The location on the beach is fabulous for relaxation, outstanding views and walks on the sand. Awesome Stay

Beautiful property and condo 503 is perfect for a couples getaway. Steps away from the powdery said and the view from the balcony is amazing. Kathy and Patricia worked with us during the worldwide IT outage that delayed our departure and we were able to stay at the complex for 2 additional days until we were able to leave. I can't express how great this was not having to find other accomodations and with having to deal with airlines and rental cars. I highly doubt that we would have recieved this kind of customer service at any of the large resorts! Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

Location is perfect

Wow did we pick the right place to stay on St Pete Beach. The condo is very nice with 2 outside areas to relax. The unit is on the 5th floor of a 6 story building with nice views of the gulf and bay. The condo kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms have everything you need. Patty is a phenomenal host and always there to answer questions or make recommendations. We are an active couple in our 60’s who enjoy walking to explore the area. The building is on the beach with many restaurant/bars nearby and just a short walk to a supermarket shopping center. There is a pool, hot tub and 2 gas grills to use. A huge bonus is there is an assigned parking spot for the unit since parking near the beach can be a challenge. We found 2 restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk that were very good, Snappers Sea Grill and GiGi’s Italian. A short walk on the beach and you can book a parasail trip or rent a jet ski. We stayed 5 nights and will definitely be back. A very nice place to stay and the location is perfect. Thank you, Patty

Place was beautiful. Easy beach access, clean room, friendly staff. They had chairs and umbrella and small coolers to use for the beach which was outstanding. You would normally have to buy those things when you get to your beach destination but they had it in the room available for use. Huge thought in that. Its the small thinga that really stand out. We loved our stay here.

We stayed at The Gulf beach Resort this past January. The location of the property is excellent. There are many restaurants and bars close by, and a Publix a short distance away as well as many other shopping opportunities. Kathy the property manager was helpful and friendly and always available for any questions, problems or a quick chat. The specific condo unit we stayed in was very nice. We especially enjoyed the resident cat. “Beach Kitty”was always open to to a few pets or to just hang by the pool with you.

My Old Stomping Grounds

We travel tons and have stayed at many VRBO's all over the country...this unit was nice. We wished they had some coffee creamers so we could enjoy a cup of Jo in the morning. The vents in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. As I brought it to their attention, they said they take care of it. The check in lady seemed a bit stressed and gave us a key that was a master key that opened all the different unit doors which concerned us. After notify her, she gave us the right key. All things considered, it was okay..We've had worse and better experiences
