Sinun ei tarvitse kävellä kaukana rannalta tästä ihanasta halutuista huoneistoista! Hotelli sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä kauniilta Persianlahden vesiltä, tämä Madeiran etelärannalla sijaitseva 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, joka on ihanteellinen niille, jotka etsivät ikimuistoista lomaa! Valoisassa ja ilmavassa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja pääsy ulkoterassille. Toisessa huoneessa on queen-size-vuode sekä yksi twin. Kuten kaikki SunHost-ominaisuudet, kylpyhuoneet ovat tahraton ja päivittyvät nautittavaksi. Liinavaatteet kaikille vuodepaikoille, ylimääräiset tyynyt ja riittävät pyyhkeet ovat myös saatavilla. Pakkaa vain uimapuku! Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu kuuluvat myös tähän hämmästyttävään kiinteistöön.

Mutta se ei ole vain mukavuuksia, jotka pitävät vieraat palaavat, se on myös upea sijainti. Kävele ulos etuovesta ja muutamassa minuutissa varpaat ovat Madeiran rannan kauniissa kirkkaassa vedessä. Great Location

This was a perfect location. Right on the beach and also close to restaurants. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room. Would recommend bringing your own kitchen essentials. That is the only place the listing was missing. So bring your own paper towels, cooking basics, etc. Communication with the property were great. Anytime I sent an email they responded almost immediately. Kudos to maintenance. He made sure the property in the pool and beach area were always kept clean. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Very dirty on top of refrigerator. Very dirty on top of microwave. Saw what looked like mouse droppings inside the cupboard where plates were kept and on a plate. We actually left the place cleaner than when we arrived.

Christmas Vacation

We stayed with family 6 adults 2 teens. There was pletny of room for everyone. Kitchen was well appointed other than no blender. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The property itself was extremely clean which can be attributed to the gentleman doing maintenance we saw him everyday working hard and it shows the grounds were spotless and in good working order. We had a minor issue with the dryer they had someone out to fix it within hours the same day. Top notch would highly recommend and would rent again!

Easy access to the beach. Parking was a NIGHTMARE! Only one spot for the unit and that in itself will keep us from ever returning to this location. Unit needs a lot of updates. Unit wasn’t very clean. Carpet was nasty. Kitchen appliances were rusted and ice machine did not work. Not enough utensils, etc. etc. I’m not sure that anything can be done about the parking. Everything else would be an easy fix! Having said all that we still had a wonderful time on the beach and watching the dolphins in the morning.

It’s a nice condo

In general it’s a very nice condo. Spacious rooms, large balcony with excellent views. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. The property and the condo were very clean with the exception of the refrigerator. It was dirty and rusty and definitely needs replaced! Kitchen provided basic dishes and cook wear. If you plan to do any cooking you will need to bring your own spices, salt pepper, etc… I was not impressed with the property manager. I stay in this area every year and have worked with several different property managers. This property manager was the least impressive of any I have worked with in the area and I would not contact them again for a rental. The little niceties that other property managers provide, was just sorely missing here.

Be aware….

The condo is nice and very clean. Our first problem was we had 2 vehicles and one parking spot. I didn’t read anywhere in the description that there was only one spot. So it was up to us to find expensive parking miles away and figure out how to make it work. Next problem was the listing stated that the living room had 2 couches with ample sitting or something like that… it didn’t. We had one worn couch and one soft chair. We had to sit in kitchen hardback chairs. Next problem… the rules state that no canopies or pop up tents allowed… the beach was covered in pop up canopies all places directly in front of chairs/umbrellas you could RENT. Why rent one if all upure going to see is the pop up tent in front of it. We didn’t bring one because we thought IT WASNT ALLOWED. I took pictures for proof. Another BIG problem…. Elevator stayed broken… we had to lug heavy suitcases, food, and coolers up flights of stairs and it 100 degrees. Plus we had our elderly grandmother who struggled with the stairs. So, be aware that you only have 1 parking spot, be able to walk stairs, and bring what you need for the beach because there’s nothing there for you.

We felt like we had a private beach. The condo is dated, but clean. The outdoor Maintenace man, Gary, never stopped working! the grounds, pool, and parking area were immaculate. we loved the fact we could rent Beach chairs and umbrella for the week, right in front of our room. AND they move the umbrella around for you throughout the day! our only complaint would be the LACK of amenities. If you do not provide enough dishwasher soap, or a scrubber sponge, you wonder how well the people before you washed dishes? yuck! Beach towels should be a must if you rent a BEACH condo. those of us flying, do not have room for a beach towel! we used the bath towels, but then ran the wash machine/dryer, with our own detergent every day. waste of energy!! only complaint, We would defiantly come back!

Listening to the waves from the ocean each night to go to sleep was a dream come true. Overall it was tidy and had everything we needed for our 4 night 5 day stay. The staff was so nice and polite and always took the time to answer any question my kids had. Thank you for everything!

A Winter vacation in Paradise

The Master suite was large. Furnishings somewhat old, one chair had upholstery on seat with a tear in it. The master door wall was difficult to lock and slide open. However, I would definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance of a lot of good restaurants, the pool was very clean, heated and fun. All in all a wonderful 2 weeks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to same property for years, have askedmany times for outside outlet on balcony to be repaired and it still isn't. Asked many times for surface light under microwave to have bulbs replaced and they havent been so we did it ourselves, the price increase over ladt few years for the condo will send us renting elsewhere, hardly any wine glasses left,kitchen needs restocking

Bedroom carpet should be removed & kitchen could use a blender. Very pleased with staying here.
