Fantastic 2 Bedroom 2 bath (3rd floor) with direct access to the beautiful white sandy beach and blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just steps away. The property is close to wonderful area restaurants such as Crabby Bills, Salt Rock Grille, and more! Surrounded by old Florida pines and sea grapes create a private beach area for the guest of Endless Summer!

Please watch Kids and do not run up and down the stairs. We understand you're on vacation; however, many of our residents are long-term residents.
Please have consideration for the neighbors, as some are long-term residents, and while you might be on vacation; they do have to work the next day.

Comfortable but in need of convenience items.

Apt. Was clean. Dated but comfortablely furnished. If you plan to eat in or cook in, there is the minimal cooking needs. 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 glasses, Etc. No serving bowls or platters to place food or appetizers out. Also, we were surprised to find no games, books, puzzles or even a pack of playing cards. You are left to watch tv if you encounter a rainy day. Definitely not kid friendly. I would recommend this owner to equip with a few board games, puzzles or cards. Also a throw blanket for bedrooms. It was convenient to beach access and nice location to shops, restaurants.

Location and Value for Money

This property needs updating, badly, and a deep clean. However, it was clean enough, the beds were comfortable with nice sheets, and as described (2 queens), and you can see the Gulf from the deck. The walk to the beach is literally one minute. And it's a beautiful beach, and not crowded and crazy like Clearwater or St. Pete Beach. If you have smaller children the beach is full of tide pools for the little ones to play in. The check in and out was easy, and they don't ask you to do a lot of stuff that makes you wonder why you also are paying a cleaning fee. There are great restaurants, coffee with excellent baked goods, and convenience stores within 2 miles. We can recommend Salt Rock Grill, Caddy's and Indian Shores Coffee. There is also a mini golf place within walking distance that looked really fun. The supplies that are provided are very slim pickings. If staying longer than a couple of days you will need to buy paper products (paper towels and TP), food prep and storage items (tinfoil, ziplocs), and extra trash bags. There was some coffee and filters, also a Keurig knockoff, cooking oil, and spices. There were no beach towels, coozies, or cold drink tumblers, but we left a couple there for future use. There is a small cooler. We didn't cook much but there were decent pots and pans and utensils available. The beach chairs and umbrella provided could have been a lot better. Overall, if you are on a budget but want a great location, this property is recommended.

Just what the doctor ordered

Our trip was a get-away from the grips of old man winter in south west Michigan. The soft white sand and calm water and hot sun made for a perfect trip. Clean and comfortable accomidations were nice for the short amount of time we were inside!

Relaxing beach location

We really enjoyed our stay with this rental having easy access to the beach and a nice view of the sunset from the balcony deck. The living area was really nice to hang out and enjoy the view of the gulf. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway trip.

Perfect!

Great location, spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was cold, everything worked that I used. I cannot say enough about this place. Communication was great. Even the neighbors in the building were friendly. I highly recommend staying here. I took as risk as there were no reviews yet. I’m glad I did! I’ll be back!
