Newly furnished and decorated (2022) this two-bedroom, two bath, Intracoastal Waterway view condominium is the perfect vacation getaway. The living room has a large Roku smart TV with cable and FREE secure WiFi. The open floor plan provides plenty of room for the family to spread out. The dining table is perfect for family meals and game night! Enjoy amazing sunrises each morning on your private balcony and shaded afternoons on your East facing balcony with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The master bedroom has a King bed, solid floors, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen and Double bed, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV, solid floor and storage built-in closet. The Holiday Villas II condo complex offers a secure elevator and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has a newly renovated (2022) bathroom and a shower/rinse station. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. There are two charcoal grills and a gas grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or Skimmer bird colony. The quaint town of Indian Shores offers shops, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and a seabird sanctuary.
