Amazing family friendly 2 bedroom/1 bathroom upstairs beach condo that everyone will enjoy! Short walk to beautiful white sand beaches of Indian Shores! Great location with amazing restaurants, coffee shop and bars all in walking distance. Beautiful pool, outside grills and picnic tables. Great fishing on the intercoastal. This is the perfect beach escape.

This condo was great! It was clean, had the basic supplies we needed, ( toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, 3 beds, ( a king, queen and full, along with a pullout couch). There were beach chairs and pool items, bath and pool towels. Really nice interior shutters, 3 tvs, and in a great location! Our host was prompt with messages before and during our stay! We didn’t need any support while there- everything worked great! The beach is a short walk down the driveway and right across the road. Restaurants within a short drive or trolley ride. You can see the intercostal water way from the dinning room window and balcony. The pool is very nice! In a good location to condos and ICW with lots of space for seating. Plenty of parking to park right by our condo. Door uses code so no need to keep track of keys!

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s place! We were traveling with our one year old, and she accommodated us checking in early. Having nearby access to the pool and beach was incredible- plus the place had beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Amanda was extremely responsive for the few questions we had. Would definitely consider rebooking!

Great space for a family with teenagers. The beach chairs provided were high quality and the envy of our friends. There were also pool floats available to use. The host was friendly and provided happy hour and coffee spot recommendations. Even though the resort was across the road from the beach; it was still an easy walk and not too crowded. We will definitely return to this condo if we return to Indian Shores in the future.

Amanda was an excellent host. Beach towels. Beach chairs and beach accessories were here for us to use. The property is right across the street from the beach and beach access. The pool was great and the area had lots of restaurants and ice cream shops within a 5 minute drive. There is also a. Incredible mini golf course a two minute walk away where yiu can feed alligators. I would definitely stay here again.

Tolle Lage und perfekte Ausstattung

Für uns (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) war die Wohnung perfekt. Nur durch die Straße vom Strand getrennt und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Selbst Badehandtücher, Strandstühle und aufblasbare Luftmatratzen/Pooltiere sind vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
