The property is modern, the staff is SUPERB (like literally best service I’ve had in the states) and the location is very walkable! I went for a solo trip and felt extremely safe. Their spa was also a 10/10.

Amazing service with private beach. Pool on the 11th floor offered amazing views and drinks. We were able to see dolphins daily just from our balcony. Separate kids club for ages 5-12 which was small but nice. Would highly recommend and would return.

JW Clearwater gets a win

Excellent hotel and location. Perfect view of the sunset over the gulf! Staff was very attentive and friendly. Rachel, Gigi and Alexis were so awesome in the pool area when it came to food, drinks and keeping things clean. The food was amazing - Japanese shrimp were ordered every night! Highly recommend staying at this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!

I had an incredible stay at the JW Marriott in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The service was top-notch from start to finish — the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. One of the highlights of our stay was the private beach. It was clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The team at the beach area was fantastic — they helped set up chairs and umbrellas, brought towels, and made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. It felt like a true luxury experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant design, great amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed and pampered. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end beach getaway. Will definitely be coming back!

Fortunately i reviewed my automatic charge bill before leaving the hotel. I found a $21 charge for the coffee shop that i did not recognise. I called down to question the charge and was informed the hotel would investigate and get back to me before i left. This never happened so i called again 30 minutes later as i needed to check out of the room.i was informed that the charge was not mine and they would adjust my bill on a revised email. No further explanation and no apology from the Marriott. Wont trust them again and learned my lesson about always look at your bill charges carefully.

Pros: Great hotel for families. The property is clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Cons: There were a lot of kids. The managers of the hotel weren’t as friendly as the staff. The room they upgraded me to was quiet after 12a. Anytime before that it was a little noisy because of it’s location.

Loved the private beach and service from all staff! Can get a little loud with kids splashing around with the kayaks/paddles. But overall it was a wonderful stay and we will be returning for sure!
