Cleanliness

The unit itself was great. But the housecleaning and exterior property management was horrible. Needs to be audited and fixed. When we arrived, coffee machine had old coffee in it. Dirty wash rag was hung over shower curtain, counters had debris from last tenant, but house keeping was there because they had tape on toilets. We spent 3 hours recleaning entire apartment. Two days later I watched house cleaning break a bag open, dragging down steps. Four razor blades, used bandages, prescription drug bottle with pills in it came out with other garbage. She looked at it got angry left and when i came back 5 hours later it was still there on the steps,. Had to call for a cleanup, they came but when done glass, used dental floss and goop was still on steps. My last full day I spent hurt and unable to go on beach or pool. Coming down steps someone had a bed frame they stuck in the bushes with the metal legs stuck out. I came around corner kicked the metal legs, cut my foot open in two places. Thank good i wasn't carrying anything or i might have fallen and been hurt worse. Nobody was in office to talk with, emergency call number said it was a condo issue they couldn't do anything, I went to guard shack they had no peroxide or anything to clean wounds, no accident report to fill out. You were on your own. Spent day going to Drug store and taking care of issue, could not spend day on beach or pool due to potential infection. I left a message and number with complex, they never contacted me. They don't care about health, cleanliness and safety of guests. I would not go back until HOA takes serious look at property management.

Nice Stay

The complex was really nice and the unit was good except the mattresses on all beds where extreme hard and appeared to be old. Updating of the mattresses with nicer/softer mattresses would make the stay much nicer.
