Come enjoy this brand new completely renovated condo. Located a block to the beach & across the street from a park with a playground & pickle ball courts (we provide paddles & balls). Also within walking distance of practically everything including many great restaurants, shops, Pier 60, the marina & more, yet still located on a quiet street. We provide all your beach needs, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler & more! Each bedroom has a luxurious Casper Dream Mattress & blackout curtains!



The Space:

Welcome to Rising Sun!



This condo is located about a block to the beach where you can catch magical sunsets and about two blocks to the intercoastal waterway where you can catch just as beautfiul sun rises, hence the name 'Rising Sun'. Rising Sun is also located on the first floor and equipped with all your needs to make your stay as easy as possible! The condo is completely renovated and everything is brand new. After a long day on the beautiful sand of Clearwater Beach come back to enjoy the open living room, featuring a large comfortable sofa, a 55 inch Roku TV (Spectrum Cable included on all TVs) and a beautiful dining room table (with additional chairs provided in the bedroom closet). Enjoy a home cooked meal in the brand new fully stocked kitchen featuring open shelving and all your essential cookware, spices, blender, a coffee bar with local organic coffee, organic tea, sugar, and much more.



When the night comes to an end enjoy an amazing nights sleep in one of the premium luxurious Casper Dream Mattresses. The condo has two bedrooms, the master featuring a king size mattress, private bathroom and a washer and dryer (detergent is provided). The guest bedroom has a queen size mattress. Both bedrooms feature black out curtains, Roku TVs with cable and a glorious Casper Dream mattress guaranteeing a peaceful nights sleep. In addition, there is a section of the couch that pulls out to form a full size bed in the living room and we also provide a pack and play!



Located within walking distance of practically everything including many great restaurants, bars, shops, Pier 60, the marina and much more. Yet still located on a quiet street across the street from a beautiful park featuring brand new pickle ball courts (we provide the paddles and balls) and a playground. Once you park your car, you probably won't need it again!



Our goal is to not only make your stay as enjoyable as possible but to also make it as easy as possible. Therefore, we fully stock the unit with all your beach necessities, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys and more. We also provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, a blender, pots, pans, spices, board games, books and much more.



We also try to be as eco friendly as possible so our paper goods consists of recycled paper or plastic when available, our local coffee provided is made from Organic coffee beans, our hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap are all made from simple ingredients. We also provided a homemade non toxic all purpose spray to help keep it chemical free.



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the whole condo and a private storage bin stocked with all your beach gear including beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, a cooler and more. There is also a community laundry room and additional parking around back but this unit comes with its own private washer and dryer.



Getting Around:

Practically everything is within walking distance, including the beach, pier 60, the marina, a ton of shops and restaurants. However, if you need a lift, the Jolly Trolley will take you anywhere on the beach for just a few dollars!

We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.

Great place to stay

The location is great, just a block and a half from the beach and within easy walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.The storage closet has everything you could need to spend the day on the beach- wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys for kids, cooler. Our only issue was that my friend and I both left others at home and the only way to access the TV service was to log them out to sign in to our streaming service. I would still stay there again.

Perfect getaway!!

This cute and cozy condo was located just 1 block from the beach and included many beach day necessities such as an umbrella, chairs, wagon, etc. So many restaurants in walking distance which helped not having to pay to park anywhere. The place was spotless clean and the fully equipped kitchen is what sealed the deal for my family and I. We will definitely be back!

Excellent family trip!!

Our family of four had a wonderful trip! The location of the condo is perfect - just a few steps from the beach, a community pool, and lots of restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the storage room stocked with beach chairs, toys, umbrella and a wagon to haul it all. I also really appreciated how there were already supplies such as toilet paper, Kleenex and dish soap so we didn’t have to purchase. Tammy was very communicative and even supplied passes for the community pool when we inquired about it. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent location. Pristine beach and fantastic restaurant (palm pavilion) literally across the street. This house had floaties, beach umbrella and a wagon to take to the beach. Super comfy beds. Ac worked great. Fluffy new towels! Very quiet and safe. Owner was amazingly accommodating to our numerous special requests. Tammy is a treasure!!! We will definitely book this condo again!!!!

Tammy is a gem, and her condo is in a great spot. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay, and we hope to come again. My knock on cleanliness is that the bath tub is very old and chipped. There was a drainage issue when we arrived, which Tammy resolved the next day by sending out her maintenance guy. I gave Tammy other suggestions for improvement, which she said she would tackle. I appreciate her interest in hearing that feedback. She was apologetic about the inconvenience of the drainage issue, and she more than made up for it. We had easy parking. The playground across the street, community pool with slides and water features down the street, beach a few minutes walk away, and shops and restaurants in walking distance are priceless—especially with a toddler to entertain.

“The Green House”

We had a wonderful stay at “the green house” as our 4 year old named it. Perfect location. Walking distance to most destinations. Lots of beach supplies to use. Would definitely recommend to others and possibly stay at again in the future.

The condo was everything as pictured. Very clean and equipped with the essentials that we needed

We arrived a bit early and contacted the owner, she responded promptly. The condo was close to the beach and restaurants as noted. It was perfect for the time we stayed. Kudos to the owner for having Kleenex on top of the other things that were needed. Most places we’ve rented didn’t. It’s the little things that count. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family weekend getaway

Loved staying at your property my only suggestion is the beach furniture is very moldy except for one white chair with red & navy stripes which we did use. I feel that if the furniture was usable that would be a plus for families because they wouldn’t have to rent on the beach. AC works great, beds are comfy, short walk to the beach & great restaurants everything one could ask for!
