The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a Bosch double oven and dishwasher, an LG Cafe refrigerator and cooktop, and a microwave. It comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and glassware.
A dedicated coffee bar includes both a 12-cup Ninja drip coffee maker and a Keurig Coffee Maker.
Dining options include a large formal table seating 12, the center island with seating for 8, a high-top table, and a casual conversation area.


POOL & OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
The 3,000 sq ft resort-style patio features a heated or cooled pool, fire pit, outdoor dining table, and a six-burner BBQ.

Guests are welcome to fish on a catch-and-release basis. Please remain within the property boundaries.
