While the property was very nice and well maintained, the staff really needs to be trained on professionalism, congeniality, the art of being welcoming and overall work ethic. From the girl who checked us in, to the lobby bar, the business culture was very slow, unwelcoming and what you would expect from the staff at a Motel 6, at best. In short, it seemed like everyone thought they were doing the guests a favor. Very surprising and unimpressed.
