BBQ GRILL/FIREPIT- PROPANE
There are two propane tanks on the roof and one spare on in the garage. We do our best to keep them filled. If the tanks run out, you can get refills and send me the receipt for reimbursement. We do not always have someone available for propane deliveries.

LAUNDRY
Washer and Dryer in unit.

WELCOME STARTER PACK
1 roll paper towels. 1 roll of TP per bathroom: bar soap, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, shampoo & conditioner.

BEACH SUPPLIES
Beach towels are supplied. You are welcome to use any of the owners beach items in the garage (i.e. wagon, umbrella, toys etc.). We do not guarantee these items or the condition of them.

ACCESS
Guest will be given the code to obtain access. You must sign and return pre-arrival paperwork, including a rental agreement, to obtain all check-in papers.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Check-in: 4 pm
Check-out: 10 am

HANDICAP/ELDERLY ACCESS
There are elevators inside the villa, which makes it accessible for those who have difficulty with steps. Bathrooms doorways are not suitable for wheelchair entry. No handicap bars. Note: there is key to lock the elevator for child safety.

FLORIDA BUG DISCLAIMER
We do our utmost to control insects. However due to the warm climate insects such as palmetto bugs might still get into the condo despite our efforts, so this should be expected.

DEC HOLIDAYS
The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 25th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made.

SECURITY CAMERA
There is a ring camera on the front door to monitor who comes and goes for security purposes only. We do not wish to be invasive at all during your stay.
