We had a great stay! The home was exactly as picture, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent and very easy from start to finish, which made everything seamless. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

6 adults stayed at this wonderful property for a few days while we were there for an event. Plenty of rooms, nice having 3 bathrooms, and lovely open concept for living/dinning/kitchen. Beautiful place! The elevator was such a huge help for us older folks. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the beach which is walking distance across the street. We could view the ocean from the property, which was just a tease. Looking forward to coming back in the future for an actual vacation. This property is perfect!!!

Beautiful house and location near the beach

We stayed at this property while we were in the area going offshore everyday for a research project. The house is right off a very busy road but you couldn’t hear it at all inside the house. There is a ton of room and a very nice kitchen and living room area to all gather in. You could walk right across the road and be at the beach would be great for a relaxing vacation or getaway. Would definitely stay here again if working in the area.

Perfect Family-Sized House

The perfect place for 2 families with adult children! This house has it all and then some! The owners do everything they can to make their guests feel at home
.even having the house decorated for Christmas with our very own tree! Communication with the owners was the best I have ever experienced with a rental. We only had one issue, and the owners responded promptly and solved our problem. They couldn’t have been any better! We would highly recommend renting this house. It’s great for large families, or a group of friends. The rooftop area was a bonus that we didn’t even realize we needed! Our group spent our mornings up there having coffee, and then after dark this spot became our favorite place to hang out and enjoy the fresh air. And the large open family room/kitchen/dining area made it possible for our group to enjoy evening games without feeling cramped. They also had a wagon, cooler and 9 beach chairs for our use. There is not one negative thing to be said about this property. We will return here next time we need a place for a larger group. Thanks for making our Christmas/New Years so memorable!

Great place in a great location

The property manager responded quickly to all needs and ensured our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and clean and looked exactly like the photos. The outdoor porch and balcony were perfect for rainy days and late nights. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful beach home

This house was perfect for my sisters bachelorette party. Extremely close access to the beach and to some restaurants and bars which made it very convenient for a group of 10 ladies. Less than a mile from johns pass where we did the tiki party boat as well as others fun activities. The house is a great location and was clean and exactly as listed. Helena was very helpful and had great communication throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this beach property!

Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Helena’s place. The pictures did not show much of what this place can offer you. It has everything that you will ever need plus more. The place was so clean and beautiful. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach. Helena was a wonderful host. She made sure that we were happy with our stay. It was red tide season that changed our plans a little but she was very considerate and work out with us so we can totally enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended!!! Will definitely tell our friends about it.

Great Stay!

We had a very nice weekend - can’t beat the location (walkable to the beach, restaurants) - the top porch and living spaces were nice hangout spots. The place accommodated the 11 of us more than comfortably (for sleeping and 3 showers) and everything was well kept/clean. Owners were very responsive to coordinate check-in and answer any questions. Would highly recommend!

Perfect rental for all celebrations!

This property was everything we could hope for and more! We had a group of 14 males come together for a bachelor trip and this house was perfect! Everyone slept comfortably and the amenities were top-notch! Perfect location being a block off the beach. Several very cool beach bars and restaurants within walking distance. Never found ourselves looking for something to do. Management was easy to contact and would respond quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a house with a big group!
