Very well appointed house with a nice view of the water. The home is recently renovated as are a lot of homes in this area from past storms, which would bring me to my only complaint, there is construction on other properties close by and sometimes the hammering starts early obviously not the owners fault but just something to take into consideration and hopefully should be short lived for future renters.

The inside was newly redone and bright and clean. It had everything we needed. We had our dog and were able to let her out in the enclosed yard overlooking the inner coastal and all the boats. The covered patio was very comfortable and the table and umbrella were nice. There was also a dock for a boat. The yard needed weeding and I believe that will be taken care of. I did have a problem reaching the dryer controls. The dryer was stacked on top of the washer and hard for me to reach. Getting out of the driveway onto the busy street was difficult at times. Traffic noise was not a big issue. Loved the place.

Amazing house, with everything you could ever need. Great location, on the water and close to the beach. Everything is so clean and well taken care of. Great response from host/property manager. Only issue (minor) is the sliding, screen door… which I am sure will be fixed. And it’s also important to note, the next door is under construction. We would definitely book again (and plan too).

Perfect little house for an Island Getaway!

House was VERY clean, and the back yard entertaining area was hands down the best part of it all! The ONLY, and I mean ONLY slight inconvenience was the one small bathroom. But the water pressure from the shower was awesome! HA! Don't hesitate but just don't book when we book each year! :)

Cute house on intercostal

We loved the location! The outdoor space was exceptional. The decor was cute and the kitchen was well equipped. The mattresses were good. The shower was nicely remodeled, however the whole bathroom was tiny. We had to wait an hour before checking in because the cleaning lady was running behind. She did a good job though, the property was spotless. We loved the lanai so much that we will return in the future!

Inter-coastal bliss

Great time and nice location right in the middle of the land mass with easy access to everything in the area. Go to the beach or just enjoy the outdoors from an amazing back yard area.

Quaint house in Indian Rocks

Overall great rental. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and seating. Kitchen has everything you may need. Back patio and dock are gorgeous and beach access is excellent- right across the street. The only bathroom is VERY small. Only about 12 inches between the sink and toilet seat. The house is on a busy roadway and traffic can be heard all night in the master bedroom. A white noise machine would really help. Nextflix and similar are only available in the back bedroom.

Spring Break

We stayed with our teenagers and loved the location! The views off the dock were beautiful and the beach was a quick walk across the street. Our favorite part was the patio/dock that we enjoyed every night we were there! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, although there is no dishwasher. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer! A couple of things to note: Beach towels are not provided (although there are Beach chairs and umbrellas!) and the bathroom in the house is tiny. The water pressure is amazing but the last person to shower didn’t always have hot water. Overall we had a great week!

Great! But…

Great location right on Gulf Blvd. beach access is within walking distance to the house and Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa are all within a reasonable driving distance. View on the water is awesome and it’s fun to watch the boats go past. Two complaints: the cleanliness of the home and the hot water. The top bunk bed was covered in thick, black pet hair. There was so much pet hair on the rug in the living room I had to vacuum it twice and that still didn’t cut it. The stick vacuum doesn’t work when there’s that much pet hair - need a real vacuum. There was hair all over the pillows and even on our sheets in our bed. The sink in the bathroom had gunk around it and hair. Also, brace yourself for a cold shower because the hot water lasts about 5-6 minutes. Overall, it’s a cute house, needs better cleaning and someone to fix the hot water heater and then it would be good to go.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed here for a work trip. We loved the house. It was so nice! The backyard was the best for hanging out and watching the sunrise and all the boats go by. The place was so clean and decorated very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Beach walkway very close!
