We stayed in this condo for one week during our son's Senior Spring Break. Sunset Vistas is in a GREAT location. We loved being right on the beach with an oceanview. We loved the main pool and Beach Bar especially Ally! We did not get a chance to sample the food at the Beach Cafe but liked the fact that it was on the premises. We liked the choice of restaurants and being so close to John's Pass along with the excursions offered in the area. We would definitely stay at Sunset Vistas again but not in this condo. It has been neglected for quite some time and needs so many updates, i.e. painting, tile floors in bathrooms, kitchen and living room need professional grout cleaning, new carpeting in both bedrooms, tile repair in first bathroom shower and new fixtures/vanity, new coffee pot and kitchen faucet, measuring spoons, new sleeper sofa (very uncomfortable and felt like plastic), picture frames were chipped, master bathroom needs new vanity/fixtures, lock needs to be replaced on main sliding door, repairs to chipped furniture or replacement, thorough cleaning of furnace closet, more beach towels (unit sleeps six, only four beach towels), laminate peeling off kitchen cabinet, new blow dryer. This is why we were unable to give a 5 star review. I truly hope the owners give their condo the TLC it deserves.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach, cafe & bar. All was very convenient. Restaurants in walking distance. Publix & John’s Pass are close as well.

The ocean was visible, which was great. The location and the building amenities were fantastic. We complained about the sofa. We couldn’t even sit on it. The cushions sunk in. It was very uncomfortable. It looked like it was something from an estate sale. There were no potholders which we told him and they brought some. Not enough dishes and utensils to even use the dishwasher. We had to keep taking them out and washing them because we needed to use them. There were no glass measuring cups there weren’t enough bowls not a good equipped kitchen. Very disappointing.

My friend from the DC area visited me in Florida to escape from the cold and experience some of our precious sunshine. I was very fortunate to work through VRBO and end up in this beautiful condo on the beach. We could eat breakfast and watch the sunset on the patio which was literally on the beach. The condo was immaculate and furnished with everything you possibly need. The host was personable and very helpful. I would stay here again and again. Thank you for a great weekend.

Communication was lacking for check-in and check-out. Prime location to the beach but good restaurants were 20 minutes away in down town St. Pete’s. Other vrbo’s typically have a binder available to the guest for local attractions/ restaurant suggestions.

Fun in the sun!

We had a lovely time at this property! The beds were comfortable, nice furniture and appliances. The location was wonderful! The property opens up directly on the beach where you could rent umbrellas and chairs. The pool and bar were open but still under construction from the hurricanes-we were happy to just be at the beach. We used the free Busch Gardens pass which was a nice amenity. All in all a great stay!

We were so happy with our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Everything was clean including the community areas. We loved the pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass was a big plus. We had a phone number to text the management company with questions and they responded right away. We would definitely choose to stay again.
