Very nice condo, updated, modern, very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance from the beach, just cross the street and you are there. Bus/trolley stop is outside the gate, free ride. Walking distance to stores. We had excellent stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Thank you

The property was as listed, very clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped and the condo has a washer and dryer. There was only one laundry detergent pack, so be prepared to purchase/bring additional. The rental is close to a beach access crossing, had chairs, towels, and a wagon to transfer items. There were also fishing poles, sand castle tools and body boards. We would definitely recommend and would gladly stay again!

The perfect beach getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing stay here. The property was large and tastefully decorated, with plenty of room to spread out. I especially appreciated the large capacity washer and dryer, which we used frequently. The beach wagon and gear was a life saver, as was the outdoor rinse off station which we used whenever returning to the condo. The walk to the beach was easy and short, and the beach itself was beautiful, with low crowds and gorgeous, gentle waves. The sunsets were spectacular. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying in this condo and won’t be our last… it’s comfortable and clean, great location with a view of the ocean from the kitchen/living room and balcony, comfortable beds, and Linda the property manager is awesome.

Great Condo Great Location

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. This place gives you all you can ask for. Gulf 1 minute walk, dock on the water 1 minute walk. Pool right between the units is perfect. Linda is great to work with

Second time at Linda’s

This is our second time staying here and was just as great as the first. Linda’s place has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach entry is very close and everything is in the closet on the first floor to sit and relax on the sand. Thank you for another great experience.

This was a great location with updated amenities. The only complaint we had, which is really minor, is that the description on VRBO lists a jetted tub, but none were actually in the unit. While disappointing this didn'r impact our stay and we would certainly consider this location again.

LOVE it!!

Condo has everything you could possibly need! The decor is beautiful, the vaulted ceilings make it seem even larger than it already is, plenty of seating, and even additional fans were available for those that need the noise (or cooling) at night!! Beach access is across the street and a very easy walk for any age as long as you can get over the dunes. We saw all kinds of wildlife, including dolphins and manatees, and a giant whelk in the waterway behind the condo. We had the pool to ourselves every evening. Parking was easy and right next to our steps. If I had to complain about anything, it would be hauling my old fanny up 2 flights of stairs!! But honestly, I needed the exercise. I wouldn't necessarily recommend those steps for someone with really bad knees or the elderly who don't have good mobility. The area is great also! No big high rise buildings, the people were all very friendly, and the scenery is very pretty! Just a short drive to Clearwater or St Pete beach with lots to do!! My husband is a creature of habit, and we go to Panama City Beach every summer. It was a fluke that we talked him into this trip, but even he enjoyed it and would return!!!

The condo was great! Clean and comfortable. Just a walk across the street to the beach. Great food nearby. Beach chairs, towels, wagon, and beach toys were provided. Communication with Linda was easy and quick. Would stay again!

We had a great time in Linda’s condo! The condo is just as it looks in the pictures. Access to the beach was easy and a quick walk and the beach was not busy during our stay, which we greatly appreciate. The wagon and cooler were definitely a nice option. Some of the chairs are worn and need to be replaced, but we had enough to go around regardless. My kids loved the beds in “their room” and said they were very comfortable. The sleep number bed was a nice option in the main bedroom. The living room furniture could use an update, but definitely not a deal breaker as we only spent the evenings inside. Condo was quiet and clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We used the grill for dinner one night and enjoyed the pool to take a break from the beach. Condo is easy to find and in a great central location close to many restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

This property was a great option for our Christmas gathering with our older children (20/23). It had plenty of seating for our family to relax and be comfortable. My husband’s only complaint was the king mattress in the master. It sags in the middle and probably needs to be replaced. The rest of the condo was wonderful!

Amazing Getaway!

First of all we want to thank Linda for allowing us to work around a few obstacles that we faced prior to arrival and helping to save our honeymoon! So very grateful. The rental was very clean, organized, and anything they you needed was there for our use! The location was very convenient and a quick walk to the beach. It was a nice quiet and relaxing week! Great condo with everything you need. Great master bath! Nice, large family room and a balcony with furniture. Upper level for high lofted ceiling and fans. Plenty of beach gear with a wagon for hauling and easy beach access. Loved our stay.
