We had an excellent beach vacation experience. Our family loves staying in a condo that is (1) only a few stories high to lessen the crowd and (2) directly on the beach. This accomplishes both.The boardwalk directly by the beach is a perfect added touch to the beach-vibe experience as well. There are plenty of restaurants near this condo complex as well. Both walking and very short (5 mins) drive. The “free beach ride” company is a huge bonus too - they operate on tips only. “John’s Pass” (a pretty large area with all kinds of beach shops) is a 5 min drive. Plenty to eat there too.My only complaint is the master bed. We prefer a firmer bed; this is the exact opposite, basically worn-out-springs type. Not enough to ruin the vacation thought.9/10 experience. Would be a 10/10 if not for master bed. Again, we loved it and would go back!

Clean condo right on the beach

We had a great time at this condo. The only confusion came with checking out as there were no instructions in the room. We saw the cleaning lady as we were about to leave and she said that we didn't have to do anything after doing google interpret as she spoke Spanish. We had already done all the things that many condo owners request just in case.

Nice location - noisy pool & traffic

The place was clean with nice amenities and decorations. However, the beds need to be replaced as they were extremely soft. The evenings were a challenge due to guests hanging out in the hot tub well past hours of operation and being noisy. No staff on site so you have to ask other guests to keep it down late at night. Nice location, but we would not stay here again unfortunately due to the noise and beds.

Annual Christmas vacay

This is our 2nd annual trip to this location. Each year my sister-in-law tells me she is having me pick her room the following year because our room is always cuter/nicer. The rooms are all pretty similar but some have that extra touch. This room had extra seating in the living room which was great when we hung out at the room.

Overall the condo was great. Very clean, nice view of the ocean and great staff. The walk to the beach is longer than we thought, but not bad. Chair rental on the beach was great. Improvements that could be done: new washer and dryer Kitchen could use mixing bowls and a Keurig coffee machine. A cooler bag or 2 for guests to use (they have a large cooler) We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

Short vacation stay

Checkin was easy, we were sent the wrong checkin instructions but the lady at the other location was able to guide us. Overall the property was nice and had a great view of the ocean. The property was clean and organized and had decent amount of kitchen cooking supplies, needs 1 or 2 mixing bowls and some oven mitts added. Plenty of places to sit and relax in doors and the patio has a small lounge patio set to sit in outdoors. If you don’t want to cook you are within walking distance of plenty restaurants

Great girls beach weekend!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at this cute condo! We were happy to see beach towels, beach chairs and a cart included in the unit for enjoyable beach days. The property was clean and we had a fantastic time! My only “complaint” is that some of the other guests were quite loud in the pool area, but they all maintained the no noise policy after 11p, so we appreciated that it was honored.

Nice condo in great location. Beach is beautiful and plenty of options for eating and drinking within walking distance. It says max capacity of 6, which we were, but its tight at that number. Kitchen could be better equipped.

Winter escape

The location was excellent within walking distance of very good restaurants and an outdoor tiki bar. There was confusion when we arrived as the unit we had rented was not prepared for us however the young man at the desk was quick to put us in a similar unit next door. Unit had everything we needed. Staff was friendly.

Great Sunsets

We chose this apartment because of its location. It did not disappoint. Sitting on the deck for sunsets was great. It was very quiet and good for people watching as everyone ends up in that area at one time or another to watch the sunset. The apartment was clean. Initially there was going to be 4 adults, but the other couple had to cancel. I think it may have been a little small for all of us, but we were family and would have made it work. We did not get to try out the new sofa bed, but as a couch it was very comfortable. We'd have liked a bigger refrigerator, but there is really no room. It worked for us, just fine though. We love Cedar Key and will be back.

A Great Quick Getaway

A nice 2 BR / 2 BA. Newer building, very clean, and not too big. We enjoyed days on the beach, rented bikes across the street, and were walking distance to several places to eat.
