The Space:

This adorably decorated beach suite sits RIGHT on the channel with views of the water from your bed & balcony! ONLY 2 MINUTE WALK to the sandy Clearwater Beach with all the beach necessities already provided for you! Restaurants, bars, boutique shops, ice cream, salons, water sports, deep sea fishing and so much more ON YOUR STREET and within a 5 minute walk. Don’t want to leave? The resort has a HEATED POOL, private fishing dock, and a large outdoor dining area! Paradise awaits!



Our recently renovated open-layout suite is the perfect romantic getaway. With direct views of the intracoastal and a small balcony (no seating), you're able to view the dolphins, sharks, and manatees as they swim by! Our condo also has all the resort amenities, with a year-round heated waterview pool, courtyard with tables, and just a hop and a skip from Clearwater beach (literally 2 minutes of hopping and skipping). Plus plenty of stores, cafes, and ice cream shops right outside the door.

- While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.



Important Notes:

- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!

-There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore Coral Resort.

Guest Access:

Our guests have access to every amenity the resort has to offer! This includes access to the heated lagoon pool, a large sunny outdoor dining area, a private fishing dock (and area to dock your jet skis!), laundry facilities available on-site, free instant WIFI. Our oceanfront condo is also located just down the street (minutes) away from Clearwater beach! Throw on some sandals, grab the beach chairs we provide, and go soak up some sun on the sandy Clearwater beach.



All amenities outside of the unit are managed by the resort. This includes, but is not limited to, the pool, the sun deck, and the parking lot. We DO NOT guarantee the *availability* or *cleanliness* of any of these amenities. The resort, at their discretion, make close down any amenity at any time and that is not our responsibility. Therefore we do not issue refunds due to an amenity closure or for the state of an amenity, though we'll do our best always to help you out.



LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)



⚠️ General construction has been completed throughout the property. There's just a few units undergoing construction but are progressing according to each owner's individual schedule. There are continued work on the association unit in Building AE and the pool bathroom in D building. All major construction and any work that may cause significant noise has been completed. Remaining tasks involve interior finish work only and will be performed during standard business hours.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
