The property is as new. Room, carpet, bathroom are all new. The furnishings are old and recycled from older motels. But clean. Bed mattress is fine. Price is good and would bring me back.

Our stay in Steinbach was great. This is a very safe alternative to staying in Winnipeg. Steinbach has all the amenities that you would need. Staff at Sleep Suite Motel were very friendly and helpful. The Motel was very clean. Breakfast was great.
