Because I booked through Expedia there were none of the amenities offered with a direct book. No free bottle of water or snack. Breakfast offered no unsweet oatmeal, no nuts or raisins, no choice of yogurts without artificial sweetener

For the 4 nights that we stayed there, the room was never cleaned. Per the staff, you have to request room cleaning before 12Noon to request service despite putting the sign Make Up Room outside our door. We had to go to Front desk to request fresh towels.
