The 50 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a box-spring bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, plus an additional guest toilet—ideal for up to 6 guests. Every room includes a TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating and radiators, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A private bio-sauna is also available for your use.



The houseboat boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a gas grill. Located close to the beach, you will find attractions nearby such as the Störtebeker Festival, the Ralswiek sailing regatta on Wednesdays in Stralsund, the beach, and the zoo.



Up to two pets are welcome, so your four-legged friends can join you. Please note: Smoking and parties are not permitted inside the accommodation. Important arrival information: Access is not barrier-free and depends on the current water level, so conditions may vary.



Watch your children carefully—the houseboat is securely moored in the harbor and surrounded by water. Open fires are not allowed.
