Located near the coastline in the “Sailfish Capital of the World,” you’ll be close to pristine beaches, marinas, and water activities like fishing, boating, and paddleboarding.
The space
On the first floor, you have a large open concept kitchen and living room with a large 85" TV. You also have 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and large televisions and walk-in closets.

On the second floor, you have a main suite with a king size bed and a large 85" television with a walk-in closet, large rain shower and a bath tub. In addition, you have 2 separate bedrooms upstairs.

Outside you have a 2 car garage as well as ample parking for an RV or 3-5 cars. In the back yard, you have a heated pool, a covered grill, a small beach for the kids to play, and a large open area for events.

This gem is just a short drive from both the beach and downtown Stuart, where you can explore local boutiques, savor waterfront dining, and experience the vibrant coastal charm.

fun in the sun

This property is wonderful. It has a very large backyard with lots of palm trees.Property is very secure with a remote operated gate. Great for privacy. Victor the property manager is great, goes above and beyond to ensure everything is great. I would highly recommend this property and will stay there again when in the area.
