Villa Poggiolino on kauniisti piilotettu kukkuloilla, joista on näkymä Arnon laaksoon. Se on kaunis, tilava, kartano-tyylinen huvila, joka tarjoaa 7 makuuhuonetta, 6 kylpyhuonetta ja yksityisen uima-altaan. Rentoudu uima-altaan äärellä täysin yksityisyydellä, nauti perinteisellä hiilellä grillatussa Toscanan illallisessa grillaamalla tai istu vain lasillisella viiniä nauttien tuulen ja auringonlaskun väreistä viinitarhojen yli: nämä ovat ainesosat lomalle, joka muistetaan .

Yli 2 kerroksessa sijaitseva huvila on itsenäinen ja sitä ympäröi 2000 neliön yksityinen tontti. Se on kunnostettu huolellisesti säilyttääkseen suurimman osan alkuperäisistä ominaisuuksistaan, kuten kattopalkit, holvit, terrakottalattiat, mutta joka tarjoaa kaikki modernit mukavuudet, jotka ovat välttämättömiä stressitöntä lomaa varten.

Pohjakerroksessa on kaunis oleskelutila, jossa sohvat, satelliitti-tv ja takka, erillinen täysin varustettu keittiö, 2 isoa ruokailutilaa, suihkuhuone ja pesutupa, jossa pesukone. Keittiöstä ja ruokasalista on suora pääsy ulkopuolelle, jossa sijaitsee vielä kaunis varjostettu ruokailutila ja grillausallas: täydellinen paikka ulkosalla ruokailuun.

Yläkerrassa on 7 makuuhuonetta ja 5 kylpyhuonetta. Hotellissa on 2 kolmen hengen huonetta, joissa molemmissa parivuode ja yhden hengen sänky (joista yksi kylpyhuone), 4 kahden hengen huonetta (joista 2 kylpyhuoneessa), 1 kahden hengen käytävämakuuhuone. Kaksi vauvansänkyä on saatavana myös ilmaiseksi tarvittaessa. Makuutila on suunniteltu täydellisesti tarjoamaan uskomattoman leveitä ja ilmavia huoneita, jotka on sisustettu perinteisillä väreillä ja teemoilla.

Ulkopuolella on suuri yksityinen uima-allas, joka houkuttelee aurinkoa koko päivän ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät Villa Poggiolinossa oleskelevien asiakkaiden yksinoikeudelliseen käyttöön. Uima-altaassa on aurinkotuoleja ja varjostettuja alueita. Altaan koko: 10m x 5m.
Allasalue sekä omaisuus ovat täysin yksityisiä, eikä muista lähellä olevista kohteista ole näkymiä. Allaspyyhkeet.
Tämä huvila tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Ancient Villa I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful ancient villa, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa itself is a stunning blend of historical charm and modern comfort, complete with a gorgeous swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view of the nearby castle – waking up to that every morning was truly magical! The villa was impeccably clean, and it was evident that great care had been taken to maintain its character while providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were always available to offer assistance and advice on local attractions, dining, and activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr entspannt. Das Haus ist abgeschieden in völliger Ruhe. Was für eine große Personenzahl absolut toll ist. Vom Haus direkt los gibt es tolle Wanderungen und schöne Aussichten. Alles was man benötigt ist im Haus und auch im Garten vorhanden. Der Garten ist KOMPLETT eingezäunt, so dass unsere Hunde den ganzen Tag rumstreunern konnten, wie sie wollten. Wir waren eine Woche im der Villa Poggliolino und waren absolut zufrieden. Das Einzige, was wir bemängeln ist absolut die Auffahrt. Für teure Autos nicht zu empfehlen und auch nicht für Jeden zu bewältigen. Bei der Ankunft hat es starkt geregnet, da war es für manche von uns nicht möglich die Auffahrt zu passieren. Unter der Woche hatten wir dann beim auffahren noch einen Platten.

Schönes altes Bauernhaus in alleinlage. Ausblick spektakulär schön. Außenbereich schön gestaltet mit mehreren Plätzen zum Verweilen. Innen in Ordnung. Geschirr in der Küche war bei Ankunft etwas dreckig. Wasserdruck in Duschen okay. Leider waren zwischendurch die Toiletten kaputt. Es gab 1 Durchgangszimmer, welches mit 2 Doppelbetten ausgestattet ist. Für 12 Erwachsene Personen ausreichend Platz bei 16 Gästen, müssen 4 im Durchgangszimmer schlafen. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

A very very beautiful villa, very well taken care of , in a beautiful surrounding. Everyone from age 14 to 82 had a great time. The photos were very accurate, the interior is beautiful and the beds very comfortable, not too soft. The pool was very clean and got cleaned every other day. Some bedrooms may only be reached by passing through another bedroom. It is pure Toscana feeling. As the property lies in the hills the way to reach it is a little steep and the view is gorgeous. And we were so well taken care of by Sue, who fulfilled any wish we had and helped us in any way possible. Already looking forward to our next stay.

“We stayed for a long weekend in the beautiful villa with friends and it was just amazing! The house gives the perfect Tuscany atmosphere and is the perfect spot to relax and just have a great time with friends. Traumhafte alleinstehende Villa

Wunderschön am Hügel gelegen, die nächsten Nachbarn sind ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt (Laute Musik stört niemanden). Achtung: steile Zufahrt über einen Feldweg, aber mit normalen Kleinwagen machbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön, im alten toskanischen Stil erbaut und in einem super Zustand. 7 große Schlafzimmer sind perfekt für 14 Erwachsene (plus 2 mehr) und das Haus bleibt angenehm kühl. Wunderschöner Sitzbereich unter der Pergola mit Grillstelle. Und ein großer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Vermieter ist nett, kommt 2 Mal pro Woche vorbei, reinigt den Pool und nimmt den Müll mit (sehr praktisch). Dementsprechend kann ich die Villa sehr empfehlen.

Everything perfekt: Location (beware the steep path to the house but okay for normal compact cars), house, outside area and Host. It was an excellent stay! Wunderschön am Hügel gelegen, die nächsten Nachbarn sind ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt (Laute Musik stört niemanden). We had a wonderful week in Villa Poggiolino. We booked it for 14 people and had more than enough room for everybody. Also the amount of bathrooms fits perfectly for such a big group. The kitchen plus the grill also were well enough equipped to cook for everybody. The rooms were tidy and had comfortable beds. The pool was cleaned and the garbage was collected several times by the owner. Very nice service! The only problems we had was the ramp up to the accommodation. It is a very steep 200m hill were a front wheel drive could reach its limits. You need some speed to get up there and are not allowed to break otherwise the wheels will turn and you have to go backwards. Also the ramp isn't flat but quite bumpy. So some of our cars' undersides suffered a little, especially when fully seated or packed after errands. Aside of it, I want to finish my review by mentioning the wonderful scenery view and the peaceful silence in the area. A wonderful property to relax and be on your own. We would book it again.

The most amazing family holiday ever!

We had such a lovely stay in the amazing villa, 5 families with 6 young children and we had plenty of space and the kids really enjoyed to be able to run around in the house and around the grounds. The staff were more that helpful with tips and ideas for dining and exploring the area and the evenings we booked for dinners at the house were so nice! Highly recommend it to anyone and hope to come back one day!

Magnifique propriété avec une vue splendide

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette très belle villa spacieuse, au calme et avec une vue magnifique. La propriétaire est très aimable. On y retournerait sans hésiter! Attention: l'accès via chemin en pente non asphalté et rocailleux peut s'avérer difficile pour une voiture ordinaire fort chargée... Mais cela reste faisable. ;-)

Overall this was a wonderful place for our family group of 15 to stay. The owner Alessandra made contact before arrival and met us at spot in the nearest town, leading us to the property via the dusty country roads. She gave a thorough and useful introduction to the property and facilities. The setting could not be better, with captivating views of the lush rolling hills, cypress trees, and the Castello di Valenzano in the distance. We enjoyed hot days chilling in the pool and long warm moonlit evenings outdoors sipping Chianti, listening to the cicadas. The keen runners amongst us explored the forested hills via numerous trails accessed from outside the gate. The house was immaculately kept, with decent kitchen equipment. Plenty of towels for indoors and the pool. Large outdoor area with plenty of seating and loungers. Separate meadow area, good for football and boules! Handy utility area off the front porch with dishwasher, washing machine, toilet and shower (useful when you are in and out of the pool on those hot Tuscan days!). Despite the idyllic isolated location, it is only 10 minutes' drive to the main SR71 road and 15 minutes to Subbiano with its supermarkets, petrol station and the excellent Stella gelateria. Alessandra was contactable by phone and WhatsApp and responded quickly to our queries. Negative points: - 6 of the 7 bedrooms are linked, so you have to go through one or two other rooms to access your own. OK for close family if you don't need privacy! - The kitchen water boiler was unreliable so that we often had no hot water for the sink. - Likewise one of the upstairs immersion heaters didn't always work, therefore the odd cold shower. - The living room is small, with seating for only 6 people. Fine for the summer when you will spend all day outside by the pool or in the covered dining area, but probably not great during the colder months? - The pocket WiFi device provided would not connect to the internet despite us moving it around the inside and outside of the property. Fortunately your mobile can pick up signal next to certain windows, or outdoors. - No air conditioning, but this is a big old stone-walled house so it will stay cool as long as windows and shutters are closed in the heat of the day. - There was no tourist information within the property about local excursions, walking trails etc. Get a guidebook or look up the internet! Despite the above, I would strongly recommend this for an unforgettable family holiday.

A comfortable house in a great location. Amazing views across the valley to the castle. Garden and pool well kept (pool has shade in the afternoon which was perfect for the long hot days). Shaded outdoor dining area was good - we had all our meals here. Plenty of beds - but some rooms are linked which can impact on privacy. Kitchen a little small but well equipped. 2 fridges very handy! Alessandra the owner was welcoming and attentive. Large supermarket and great gelateria in nearby Subbiano. Easy access to nearby attractions including Poppi, La Verna, Anghiari, Arezzo.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana in un posto stupendo e anche ben tenuto davvero devo fare i miei complimenti per la gestione della villa, unica piccolissima nota dolente la strada per arrivarci un po' dissestata, ma direi che ne vale la pena!!

A comfortable house in a great location. Amazing views across the valley to the castle. Garden and pool well kept (pool has shade in the afternoon which was perfect for the long hot days). Shaded outdoor dining area was good - we had all our meals here. Plenty of beds - but some rooms are linked which can impact on privacy. Kitchen a little small but well equipped. 2 fridges very handy! Alessandra the owner was welcoming and attentive. Large supermarket and great gelateria in nearby Subbiano. Easy access to nearby attractions including Poppi, La Verna, Anghiari, Arezzo.

We spent a magical two weeks in this lovely Tuscan villa. There were 10 of us for the most part and 13 when family came for a few days. We all had plenty of space and were in awe of the breath-taking views from the villa. We visited Florence, Siena, Assisi and Arezzo. We found the people of the neighbouring village of Subbiano to be so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had to use the medical centre in Subbiano and were very impressed by the efficiency of everyone. Alessandra and Eugenia were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our holiday. Would recommend the beautiful Tuscan meal that Alessandra and her lovely mum can make for you in the villa. Just sad to be home.

Großzügiges Haus, schöner großer Garten, freundliche Vermietet, Anfahrt recht steil , man rutscht auch mal weg Super Lage ,zum Einkaufen 15 Min mit dem Auto Betten gut, große Räume, Kamin, Küche gut ausgestattet Ordentlich hergerichtet
