Had to request access information the day of arrival while en route as it was not sent. On arrival, cleaning crew was just leaving. Not sure what they did. Dirty pan in the oven, sheets/mattress pad filthy, popcorn on the couch, back door broken, only one roll of toilet paper, no sponge, no dishwasher as listed. Windows in bedroom would not close and had no screens. Contacted host and was told that the bedding was changed. Umm…don’t think so. No extra bedding/sheets/blankets in the place. A neighbor that apparently assists host brought some toilet paper, placed screws in the windows so the would close and tried to fix back door. After a few hours of back and forth with the host she offered to send the cleaning crew back out. By this time I had already washed most of the bedding but was not planning on having to clean/do laundry the first night of my vacation. The place is antiquated, and old. The doorway to the bedroom is about 5”5” tall and has bumpers so you don’t injure yourself when you try and enter. Two oddly placed mirrors on the ceiling (one angled reflecting the bathroom entrance) made me uncomfortable. Will not be renting here again. AC cold.
