The stay was very comfortable. It would be better that there are hooks/hanging bars to hang our wet swimming costumes in the toilet. Also, would appreciate there is a grab bar in the shower, for safety purposes.

Noisy environment

My room wasn't sound proof. We can heard clearly what the guests at the next room were talking on the middle of th night. Reason being most of the walls are wooden partitions and not solid walls. Can heard the sound of closing and opening of curtains coming from next room

Wonderful location. Foyer led straight into the mall. Gym facilities and pool were nice and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Only downside no kids crèche (there was one for the connecting hotel but required fees).

I am writing to commend the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Randy from the front office assisted me in purchasing my train ticket to Bandung when my app was not working. His calm demeanor and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated, and I want to give kudos to the concierge team for their outstanding service. Additionally, the restaurant staff provided an amazing breakfast experience, remembering my usual order and preparing my latte without me having to ask. The level of personalized service was truly impressive. Overall, my stay at your hotel was wonderful. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness, along with the excellent facilities, made for a memorable experience. I will definitely choose your hotel again when I return to Surabaya, as I usually stay around Tunjungan Plaza. Thank you for maintaining such high standards. Kudos to the entire management and team.

Lovely place to stay

Wonderful place, though price went up significantly at the facility, last year I stayed at Westin, this year I had to stay at the four points, just kidding, the two hotels are built in the same building and all had exits directly to the shopping mall. Four points is a bit less expensive. Fabulous surroundings with great choice of everything.

Service is excellent. Being upgraded to bigger room. The only issue is the area is very noisy. We also can hear banging from the top floor which I believe is a dismantling of event equipment. Other than that service is excellent and great location.
