With a living area of 330 m2 and a spacious 900 m2 garden, Villa Alta offers complete privacy and comfort for up to eight people, with the possibility of accommodating a tenth person on an extra bed.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom, while an additional bathroom is located in the hallway.
Upstairs, there are three elegantly decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a smart TV, and carefully selected details that create a sense of warmth, peace, and comfort.
Two rooms share a common bathroom, while the third — the master bedroom — has its own ensuite bathroom and an extra dose of privacy.
Additional beds (90x180 cm convertible bed) can be placed in any room as desired.
