Wow, what an absolutely incredible experience we enjoyed at the Capella this weekend. Our check in with Joesph was friendly & professional & we were very surprised how large & spacious our twin shared room was the photos on the website don't do it justice. We also enjoyed a fantastic afternoon at the Spa with Clare & Tanatcha as our therapists, I would rate this as one of the best Spa experiences i've ever had! The facilities were excellent & the therapists were both fantastic! Peter the guests services manager was so lovely & spent time telling us about the history of the hotel & the exciting new building across the road that will be an extension of the hotel opening late 2025. He also informed us of the other beautiful Capella hotels around the world which we will definitely explore. Overall I'm looking to enjoying future stays at Capella Sydney & highly recommend this hotel & their beautiful staff who enjoy giving that old fashioned customer service which many other hotels fall short with. Well done Capella Sydney
