Exceeded all our expectations. Prahlad the duty manager checked us in early, asked if we would like to upgrade from studio to 1bedroom for $50. Best decision! Penthouse top floor, million dollar view, Spotless room, floor to ceiling window overlooking saturday darling harbour firework, free parking, enjoyed spa, sauna, pool, regents place endless food choice right downstairs. Amazing memories made to celebrate my son's and husband's birthday. Stuart from maintenance helped us jumped start our car too upon check out. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Glad to finally found a place for our city staycation as Sydney resident.

The hotel was good and the location suited us. The only small but puzzling point worth mentioning was that there wasn't any tea&coffee or minibar in the room. It required a walk outside the hotel and it was annoying late at night. The breakfast was good but limited, ie, no egg station. Overall, a good location and nice hotel.
