Review

We enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn. The facilities were clean, the staff were friendly and catered to our requests promptly. Our only issue was with ordering food- there was not service available (the online ordering portal did not state that there was no service available) so our money was refunded after we paid for it. Apart from this, our time was well spent at the Inn.

It may be more desirable to have two ventilation units and two separate doors for the shower place (suggestion : sliding door) and the toilet. Strange noise coming out probably from the air conditioning system every night during our 9 nights stay.

Booking had car parking as part of the pkg.BUT when we arrived back after our event there was a sign that parking was full so having it included/ paid was worthless. Staff told us no parking was guaranteed regardless of having it booked and we could have a $5 refund as that was the value in the package and to park wherever we could find a spot on the street.
