The room was very clean. The hotel is so convenient, 100metres from Town Hall Station, the tram and QV building. A pleasant walk through Hyde Park to the Art Gallery and museum.

My room overlooked the street and was very noisy over the long weekend until about 4:00am. I was unable to turn the heater on and was quite cold. Staff were lovely. Distance to transport was extremely good, also not far to good supermarket. Lots of hot water = great shower.

I stayed in a twin room, just for one night. It was so central to everything and lots of food options around. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in the hotel (got 10% off meals and drinks with our room key). It was delicious food too. Room was clean and big enough for 2 and a nice simple bathroom. The lift was a tad small but the stairs were always an option. Definitely recommend staying here.

Ideal budget accommodation when staying in Sydney! Location is perfect to access everywhere you'd want to as a tourist. The staff were all super lovely and the room was very clean. Only downfalls to the property is the room was very dated and the bed a bit too soft! Could do with a bit of modernization. If you are only planning on using as a base to rest your head for a night or two it's the perfect budget option!

Older hotel, walk to many attractions! Clean and comfortable room. Instant coffee included in the room. A bit noisy, especially on weekend, as the hotel doesn't have great windows. Travis who welcomed us is great and friendly and provided us with lots of information.
