Great Food, Location, Comfort & Very Clean & Quiet

Kali the manager, is very considerate of guests and has been extremely helpful when I needed to make an unexpected change regarding our stay. All the staff from front of house to service and cleaning and restaurant have been exceptional. The food at the Jacaranda restaurant at dinner is top quality and breakfast is amazing with a good mixture of hot food, cereal and fruit with something for all dietary requirements. A great way to start the day. All the staff seem to know how to make a great Soy Latte and another coffee. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. There is plenty of hot water for your shower. Our room is very neat and clean. The air-conditioning does a great job of heating the room during these recent cold and wet days. We have found our room to be extremely quiet with no road noise whatsoever and the sound proofing in the Jacaranda Restaurant is unbelievable. You won't hear any outside noise. So don't worry about this hotel being on a main road. We have enjoyed our stay and are extending it a little longer with no hesitation.

Great little gem if you have a car & need parking! Rooms were basic but had everything you need breakfast was great & included in the price. only thing to note - their are stairs to the rooms - not ideal with luggage but would def stay again & recommend to family / friends .. bed was super comfy

The beds are extremely comfortable and the layout of the room helps you to set yourself up well if you are staying for a few days. Bread and pastries at breakfast are dry and hard. You get the impression that they are stale even if they are not.

We loved the restaurant , free buffet brekkie was great . Steak and salmon for dinner were both great . Staff were absolutely lovely . Only 800m to train into city. Killara is a little dated in some areas , but the staff and food made the couple of little issues we had seem insignificant. Would stay there again

Quiet, breakfast included Why did they change the towels everyday, only there 3 nights could live with same towels, would save on laundry and washing costs, also no "Do not disturb signs" Have travelled extensively and the towel change as never been an issue if staying for less than 5 days
