Staff are exceptionally polite courteous and warm. The gentleman at the front desk carried my bag up the stairs then later when I left, into the boot. Breakfast was delicious. Room big clean comfortable modern. I stay here on every visit

We stay here often. Feels at home. Loved the free breakfast this time. Great coffee. Building getting run down but interior is still good. Restaurant very good.

Room was comfortable enough, fairly basic. The little juliet balcony is a nice touch, but the 'garden' could do with some attention. Bathroom needs a thorough scrub and deep steam cleaning of all surfaces.

The reception man was very uncooperative, rigid and unwilling to assist. We had three nights of booking and wanted to make some changes to the booking but he was not willing to co-operate until we showed him the conditions of our booking. If we hadn't checked online and relied on him, we would have been taken advantage of. He also consistently was walking by the open buffet area during the breakfast times making it uncomfortable for guests.

Although the breakfast was included in rate, it was disappointing. “Hot food” was very cold & therefore not maintained at correct temperature. Perhaps staff need to ensure lids are kept closed & check that the warmers are working correctly.

Excellent experience. The staff were super for service and attention. Kali the Hotel Manager was excellent. Breakfast was an awesome experience. Rooms were excellent too. One suggestion = please could we consider getting a Sports Channel too included the in-house TV channel offering? The TV Channel is super though...Great experience. Thank you

Easy to book, easy parking, good facilities, except they couldn’t fix the cold tap in the shower for the nights we were there, and the cleaning staff left the room unlocked after cleaning. Breakfast was included, but was difficult to get the kitchen to understand how people wanted their eggs cooked, and if you wanted barista coffee, that was an extra cost…..
