Dishwasher stank and left dishes black, aircon didn't work properly, bed was to different heights( 2 single beds together) balcony dirty and had cockroaches. Freeze didn't work, we lost our food after 3 days. Do not recommend

The LightRail ( Chinatown station ) is located out the front of Mantra Central Sydney. This makes it easy to get to the shops for groceries, retail shopping and allows you to travel to so many destinations. So many food options to choose from when wanting to dine out. The staff are friendly, nothing was ever an issue for them. Check in is 2pm but they called to advise that we could check in earlier, which was appreciated as we had arrived early in Sydney.

My wife and i were in Sydney for a next day surgery appointment. Anthony at the front desk was able to grant us a late checkout of 12 midday which was very helpful for our stay and the surgical appointment. It was very much appreciated. Anthony a credit to your establishment.

Description of the room was different once we got there, cups were stored in dusty cabinets, the balcony door handle was broken so you couldnt close or open it from the outside, the elevators smelt like damp beyond the location the hotel lacks much to offer

A great location within the city

The hotel was in a great location between Haymarket and George street which made it very convenient. The staff was very nice and friendly, she helped us to check in earlier than expected.
