Good, but…

Our first room (2 queens) was pretty small and the air conditioning did not work. It was 25 degrees when we arrived and was only going up in temperature. The front desk switched us to a family room - much larger room for space - considered an upgrade although it’s a bit of a hassle to switch rooms. The hotel seems clean and has nice walking areas. The rooms are just a bit tired - or maybe it’s the carpet. And the restaurant was great for the breakfast but not great for the dinner.

On Our Way

Check in was a little confused. Given wrong room number at start but all worked out and staff extremely friendly and apologetic. Had a nice shower then a meal and a couple of drinks in the bar. Room is spacious and amenities good. Had a restful night sleep before our early flight. Shuttle bus to airport helps greatly.

Excellent choice

Novotel was a clean and comfortable hotel, close to the airport. We were grateful that our room was ready when we arrive at 11 am, after our 15 hour flight. We stayed only one night and the breakfast was outstanding the next morning.
